How to Collect Tickets?
Event Introduction

包含基本的拳擊動作和技術,透過訓練增加肌肉力量和有氧耐力,同步提升身體協調和敏捷性,並且是一種更加有趣且高效的燃脂運動!

兩人一組配對練習,盡量選同性別、相近體型或身高,可避免其中一方力道過大。一人戴拳套為拳手,為出拳者,另一人則持拳靶接拳,沒有拳套也可空手出拳練習,但力道需掌控,注意安全性。
