David Liu, Co-founder/CEO of Beijing-based Jiepang
David Liu is 15 years into the path of a full-time entrepreneur. Previously, David was the co-founder/CEO of Beijing-based Jiepang, which in 2010-2015 was a leading location-based social mobile app in China with over 3 million users, and enjoyed a close partnership with HTC, Sina, Starbucks, and other OEMs, social networking platforms, and offline venues. David is Taiwanese-American, was born and raised in California, studied Mass Communication at UCLA, and eventually moved to Taipei in 2008. David is also currently planning a next startup venture that will be based in Taipei and in partnership with a close friend.
Sergio Pachón, Kiwibot, Cofounder
Sergio Pachón is a serial entrepreneur who was the Founder of Lulo Domicilios an Instacart for Latam acquired by Merqueo.com and kiwicampus.com an autonomous robot food delivery platform starting in Berkeley, California.
Ricardo Davila, VP of Business Development, Buyandship
In his two years with Buyandship, Ricardo first served as Taiwan Country Manager, established the company's office in Taiwan, and led it to over NT 6 million in monthly revenue within a year. After handing over Taiwan operations to his colleague, Ricardo now leads business development, where he works on partnerships, cross-border marketing collaborations, and growing Buyandship's business customer base. Before Buyandship, Ricardo worked as a business development and strategy consultant for two years in Taiwan.
About the moderator:
Roxanne is very passionate about building enterprise value, event planning, and thrives on cultivating a space that people can communicate and connect freely.
Currently, Roxanne is the Marketing and Community Manager of Infinity Ventures, a Tokyo based VC, and spearheaded the Infinity Ventures Summit, a 12-year old CxO conference, in Taipei and Bangkok. She was previously the Country Manager of Yelp in Taiwan.
