●報名資格如下:
曾經受本會創業、產業相關輔導之原住民族業者。
曾經申請並核貸本會原住民族綜合發展基金「經濟產業貸款」、「青年創業貸款」、「原住民微型經濟活動貸款-生產用途」者。
實際從事原住民族產業者或對於原住民族產業及新創事業有興趣者。
中央或地方政府之原住民族行政單位人員。
參與對象權利義務說明如下:
(1)權利:
●全程參與者將核予「原住民族綜合發展基金貸款」規定之創業輔導相關時數證明計21小時;公務人員將核予終身學習時數計21小時。若無法全程參與者,則需累計10小時以上,使得核予相關時數證明。
(2)義務:
●同意本會將個人資料留存於本論壇之資料庫,並依個人資料保護法規定範圍內作使用與處理。
●自行負擔論壇期間之住宿費及由住家往返論壇會場之交通費。
(四)主要進行方式:
➢ Day1:
上午邀請國外專家學者以及國外駐點經營之本國優秀原住民族企業家2名,分別進行專題演講以及標竿學習講座,講述議題「原住民族創業發展的困境與優勢」。下午分為六個議題舉辦工作坊,分別由國內外專家學者各1名帶領,議題設定為:「食農創新:改變的好食機」、「跨境X行動 解析全球電商新市場」、「互助金融網絡之可永續性融資」、「微型金融如何在共享科技下成為創新領導者」、「社會型企業與青年創業」、「設計翻轉與環境永續」。
➢ Day2:
上午邀請國外專家學者以及國內優秀原住民族企業家舉辦講座,分別進行專題演講以及標竿學習講座,講述議題為「全球原住民族互助經濟經營發展」與「原住民族文化與在地化行銷經營」。下午為原民企業主參與2019世界原住民商業論壇(WIBF)分享,以及邀請國內專家學者,講述議題為「原住民族社企創新與國際化策略」。
➢ Day3
依工作坊議題分 6組赴臺灣各地相關產業據點進行觀摩參訪與體驗學習,配合第一天6個工作坊議題,對議題能更加深入瞭解。

●Content:
The two major focuses of the forum are “Innovative Development of Firms Based on Precision” and “Creating Sustainable Economic Policies with Mutual Aid Finance”, and which corresponds to the central government's financial policies on peoples.
●Forum Date:From Sunday 15th of December to Tuesday 17th of December 2019
●Forum Location:South Garden Hotels and Resorts
(No.8, Shuzih RD., Jhongli Dist, Taoyuan City, Taiwan)
●Participants:
240 people a day, a total of 720 people in three days.
●Application Requirements:
(1) An indigenous business who was affiliated with the Council of Indigenous Peoples for entrepreneurship and industry-related counselling.
(2) Indigenous peoples who have applied for and approved by Indigenous People’s the Comprehensive Development Fund, including “Economical Industry Loan”, “Youth Entrepreneurship Loan” and “Indigenous Microeconomic Activity Loan”.
(3) Those who are actually engaged in the indigenous business or who are interested in the start-ups.
(4) Indigenous civil servants either from central or local government.
2. Rights and Obligations of Participants:
(1) Rights:Participants will receive a certificate of 18 hours entrepreneurship counselling under the requirement for applying“Indigenous Comprehensive Development Fund Loan”; civil servants will receive 18 certified hours of into lifelong learning records.
(2) Obligations:
(A) Agree to have your personal information be retained in the database of this forum , and further related usage of this information will follow the regulations under. Personal Data Protection Act.
(B) The fee of accommodation and transportation is covered by the participants.
Forum Process:
Day 1:
The morning section includes lectures from international scholars and experts, lecture style of benchmarking presentation from 2 outstanding Taiwanese entrepreneurs running overseas standpoints. The topic is “Indigenous Entrepreneurship: Advantages and Dilemma.”
The afternoon section includes 6 workshops, guided by international and domestic experts. Topics are “Food and Agriculture Innovation”, “Cross-Border-Actions-Analysis of Global E-Commerce Market”, “Sustainable Financing via Mutual E-FinanceNetwork”, “How Micro-Finance Become an Innovative Leader from Co-Technology ”, “Social Business and Youth Startup”, “Reversing Design and Environmental Sustainability”.
Day2
The morning section includes lectures from international scholars and experts, lecture style of benchmarking presentation from 2 outstanding Taiwanese entrepreneurs running overseas standpoints. The topics are “Global Indigenous Peoples Mutual Economics Management and Development” and “Indigenous Culture and Localized Marketing & Management.”
The afternoon session would include: those ever participating in 2019 Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF) give feedbacks and invite overseas experts lecture on “Innovative International Strategies on Indigenous Peoples Social Enterprise.”
Day 3:
There are 6 groups divided based on the Day1 workshops. Each group would head for the spots of the related industry for a field trip and experiential learning This is to have a comprehensive perspective on the assigned topic.
