Class Detail 课程内容：
Fully hands-on workshop experience - The cake decorating class will start with a pre-shaped cake with a tortoise outlook. You will have a chance to experience the naked white covered fondant tortoise to the end step of finishing. The stages you will go through is kneading the fondant till the stage it is pliable for you to drape over the whole tortoise body. Follows by adding details to enhance the body shell through the brush stoke artwork, this also includes creating the eyes, the nails, skin, etc.
來體驗完全親手製作的樂趣！這工作坊我們將有一個預先準備好並雕塑成烏龜造型的蛋糕。你將有機會學習如何從一個白禿禿的烏龜蛋糕到完成最後的成品。首先，我們將有技巧地桿平那個翻糖以致可以完美的覆蓋整個蛋糕。接著，將一步一步的給蛋糕添加細節，如：眼睛、指甲、皮膚、等。
⚠️ Warning hot and warm temperature can cause fondant to be tricky and sticky!
⚠️ 注意溫度稍微高會影響翻糖的製作哦～

*** Students is to bring along their hand towel to dry their hands after each hand washing.
*** 學生得自備手巾來擦拭手。因為得在每一次洗手後保持乾燥。
