KAP is a direct Kundalini ("Chi" in a Chinese context) transmission that activates the Kundalini awakening process in participants. KAP was developed by founder Venant Wong in Australia, and I've been practicing it for the past year. In KAP sessions, participants lie down on yoga mats or blankets as music is played, and the facilitator touches or presses chakras or meridian points their bodies. There is nothing else required of participants. But the results of the sessions are quite powerful.
Spontaneous movements can and do arise. Many consider it to be a cathartic experience, and participants often receive deep insights or realizations. Some see colors and others feel heat or energy. Everyone's experience is unique - and the experience can change from session to session.
Many whom have experienced KAP continue to practice on a regular basis, and find that they gain a sense of increased well-being, energy and presence.
