{Unicorn Snowskin Mooncake Making Workshop • 獨角獸冰皮月餅製作工作坊}

✅ Time of Class 上课时间：10AM ~ 1PM / 2PM ~ 5PM（2 hours/小时）

About the Experience 關於此體驗：
Hands-on workshop experience - Instructor will guide you through step-by-step snow skin dough making process, follows by kneading and rolling the dough until you get the right texture. You will also have some fun time creating the unicorn feature such as the horn, ears, and other details in order to complete your mooncake. At the end of the day, you would be able to bring home the mooncakes you self-made and share indulge with your loved ones.
你將由零開始全程親手製作此月餅。導師將一步一步的帶領大家，從製作冰皮麵團開始、搓揉並桿平以完成光滑的冰皮麵團。之後就是你發揮創意的時候咯。在做好基本的獨角獸基本的角、耳朵和眼睛後，你可自行裝飾你的作品。而工作坊結束的時候，你將帶回家自己的作品去和你的家人朋友們一起享用！

🌟The class focus on using step-by-step method of creating and personalise each mooncake. 這工作坊將專注在製作並客製化月餅的每一個步驟。
🌟Hands-on techniques in handling the snow skin dough and learn ways to play with different flavors to enhance the taste of mooncake. 你將學習怎麼利用不同的食材來製作這月餅皮，使口感更為豐富
🌟Getting to know how to achieve the right proportion in assembling the mooncake. 認識並學習冰皮和內陷的完美比例
🌟Also experience some fun moment creating and adding details of feature to your artwork. 當然還有人有你發揮創意的空間，給自己的作品添加一些小細節
🌟You will be bringing home 4 Unicorn snowskin mooncake and 2 traditional shaped snowskin mooncake 你將帶回家4個獨角獸造型的冰皮和2個傳統造型的冰皮月餅
