親愛的朋友:
佛陀說要實現和平，我們必須深觀以了解和平發生的原因和條件。他教導我們在自己和他人身上找到和平的“種子”。當我們找到那些種子時，我們應當澆水並培育它們，以產生美麗的和平之花。在這次禪營期間，我們將深入了解產生和平的原因和條件，並學習轉化我們的意識，朝向以和平為原則與行動。
大家可以體驗和平不只是理論概念，而是可以以在日常生活中實踐，我們與其他朋友學習從每天繁忙的生活模式跳出來，放慢腳步，練習正念呼吸、走路、微笑，幫助我們培養平安與幸福，轉化痛苦，感受生命的珍貴。
- 禪營內容:
包括每日的正念步行、坐禪、運動、飲食、工作。並且將有機會通過深度放鬆，照顧身心、透過接觸大地練習連結我們與自然跟祖先。重新開始，和佛法分享的實踐來加強我們深刻傾聽和愛語的能力。我們不僅要改變我們與家人的關係，還要與地球母親和祖先建立連結。
歡迎對梅村正念修習、正念生活感興趣各種不同背景的人參加。
禪營以英語主講，全程華語翻譯。

- 禪修費用:每人新台幣3,000元(含住宿、餐食、平安險、活動通平台費用、行政雜支。)
法師弘法護持～歡迎現場隨喜。
- 報名方式:9/1(日)~11/10(日)止，一律採活動通網站購票報名，額滿為止。
- 交通接駁:往返每人新台幣350元。使用者付費，報名同時請支付接駁車費。
- 接駁車規劃:台北火車站東三門內側下午1:00開始集合，1:30陸續發車。
- 住宿設施：宿舍床位（雙層床）。宿舍會有枕頭、床單和被毯供應。自備水杯。
- 報到時間:11/28(四)下午2:00-4:00新北市深坑華藏教學園區
- 附註:退票需在活動票券有效開始日8天前提出申請(包含第8日)申請退款。活動通會向消費者酌收票面10%的手續費用。

正念禪營報名組2019/9/1
Meditation fee: NT$3,000 per person (including accommodation, meals, insurance, Accupass website fees, administrative expenses etc.) Additional donation at the retreat is welcomed.
∙ Registration: Starts from Sep. 1st (Sun.) to Nov. 10th (Sun.). Please register through the Accupass website. The application closes immediately after the event is full.
∙ Transportation: We provide transportation to and from the Taipei Main Station, charging NT$350 per person. Please pay with registration fee on the Accupass website.
∙ Shuttle bus: We'll meet at the inner side of the East 3 entrance at Taipei Main Station starts from 1:00 pm. The shuttle busses will depart starting at 1:30 pm.
∙ Accommodation and facilities: Dormitory beds (bunk beds). Dormitory will offer pillows, sheets and blankets. Please bring your own water bottle.
∙ Check-In Time: Nov. 28th (Thu.) 2:00-4:00 pm at Hwazan Education Park, Shenkeng District, New Taipei.
∙ Notes: Refunds must be requested at least 8 days before the event. The refund only be 90% of the total fee, and 10% will be reserved for administrative expenses.
