歡迎大家下班後一起來,打太極運動,認識新朋友。

在這裡沒有繁複的招式要去記,或辛苦的馬步要蹲,很簡單跟著音樂一起動就對了!
重要的是去感受當下身心合一的氛圍,和人與人之間的交流,就算是不會太極新手也能馬上融入:)
只要你願意,任何人都可以享受太極運動,所帶來的放鬆與快樂!
There will be Tai Chi Chun group activity every Wednesday evening at 20:00-21:00 in Da'an Forest Park .
After work, welcome to play Tai Chi together to relax and meet new friends.
◎Personal preparation items: sportswear, sports shoes, water bottle, soft and relaxed body and mind
◎Fee:Free
◎Event registration: Join the FB Group "Taichi Yuan" event to participate in the registration.
There are no complicated movements to memorize here, nor technical difficulty for horse steps to learn. Therefore, it’s easy to move by following the music!
The most important is to feel the atmosphere and communicate with people you encounter. You can get involved immediately even though you are a novice of Tai Chi novice. :)
As long as you are willing , you may enjoy Tai Chi exercise and feel relaxed !
