For this MOX Happy Hour, we are thrilled to welcome Daniel Wong (Tech Ventures) and Ray Wu (MagicBus).
Dan Wong is an expert in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and product innovation – with over 20 years of experience in Greater China and Silicon Valley. As CEO of artificial intelligence startup Rokid, Mr. Wong was one of the earliest industry pioneers to apply AI technology to home use. Additionally, Dan has held various influential positions at Samsung, Madhouse, Nokia, Openwave, and Excite@Home. Mr. Wong is now a mentor and advisor to several startups in the artificial intelligence, converged retail, and smart home industries. Mr. Wong holds an MBA from Harvard Business School as well as BS Electrical Engineering and MS Materials Science from Stanford University.
Ray Wu has spent the last several years building out Lean Startup Machine, co-founding/leading growth at MagicBus (YC W16), and working with 80+ portfolio companies via accelerator programs. He's trained teams and designed customized processes, by combining Customer Development, Growth, Analytics (implementation) with Experiment Planning cycles.
