With extensive experience in dealing tax dispute with tax authority, applying tax refund and tax treaty, Tony has abundant experience in analyzing complicated tax issue, communicating with lucid illustrations, providing effective and efficient solutions in accounting, transaction and company structure to minimize tax risk, and making accounting information as valuable information for business decision. In addition to corporate tax issues, Tony also takes the tax implication of shareholders or investors into consideration to assist clients in optimizing overall tax burdens.
