What is "9453"?
If you read "9453" in Chinese, it sounds and means "it's all friendly and accessible." If you read it in Taiwanese dialect, it sounds and means "let's relax."
The 9453 represents OurCityLove Social Enterprise's initiative to provoke and to improve accessibility in Taiwan and to empower the social participation of the mobility impaired, elderly, disabled, citizens, and their families and friends, and their caregivers.
Here are your reasons to join this unique tour.
