- 本活動預計錄取 25~35 個團隊，每隊至多可派 2 人代表參加（強烈建議執行長親自參與）！
- 已拿到投資條件書的團隊將優先錄取
如何參加
- 填寫 Accupass 活動報名表：每個團隊限填一份報名表，每隊至多可購買兩張門票，一人一票憑票入場。(強烈建議執行長親自參與！)
- TSS 將於審核團隊資訊後，主動通知是否錄取
- 請於收到同意通知信後，於三日內完成付款程序
- 確認收到QR code即完成報名流程

條款及細則
- 請完整填寫 Accupass 活動報名表：每個團隊限填一份報名表，每隊至多可購買兩張門票，一人一票憑票入場。(強烈建議執行長親自參與！)
- 工作人員將透於審核團隊資訊後，透過 Accupass 票券系統確認報名團隊是否錄取
- 一經錄取，報名團隊須於三日內透過 Accupass 完成購票付款事宜
- 售出票券法轉售或轉讓
- 活動報到時須出示 Accupass QR code

- 本活動提供午餐及茶點，恕不提供早餐
- 本活動含活動結束後與投資人交流晚會費用

We’re holding our 4th annual Term Sheet Bootcamp in Taipei on April 18-20! 🇹🇼
Term Sheet Bootcamp is a 3-day bootcamp dedicated to:
📚 Provide startups an in-depth understanding of term sheets and negotiation strategies
🌉 Bridge investors, leading entrepreneurs and startup founders
🔨 Build stronger connections among players in the local startup ecosystem
Along with a curated group of VCs, serial entrepreneurs and legal experts, our goal is to engage local startup ecosystem with international players and help startups gain the knowledge and skills to successfully fundraise!

- If you’re a startup hoping to raise Seed, Pre-A, or Series A funding, this is for you!
- Enrollment will be capped at 25-35 teams, with each team allowed to send 2 participants (CEO is encouraged to attend).
- Teams that have already received a term sheet will be given priority.

HOW TO JOIN
- Apply by completing the application form on Accupass (1 form per team; 2 tickets maximum for each team;1 ticket per person).
- TSS will review your team information & notify you of approval via the Accupass ticketing system.
- Upon getting approval notification, return to Accupass to complete the payment process within 3 days.
- You will receive a confirmation QR code after completing the purchase of the ticket.
- Early Bird (Until MAR 18) - NTD 7,000
- Early Bird applicants will enjoy around 23% OFF ticket price.
- General Admission (MAR 19 - MAR 31) - NTD 9,000
- Spots are limited and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Apply early to make sure you secure your spot!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please fill in the application form (1 form per team ; 2 people max per team;1 ticket per person.) completely. Our staff will notify you via the Accupass ticketing system to confirm your application status.
- Selected applicants will have 3 days after getting approved to make payment via Accupass.
- Tickets are not transferable or exchangeable.
- Please fill in the first and last name in the application form to match with your full name on your ID card / passport which is required to be shown at registration.
PLEASE NOTE:
- This event will provide complimentary lunch. However, breakfast will not be provided.
- Ticket price includes the fee of networking event after the bootcamp.
- It is recommended that you bring a pen and notebook for note-taking.
