CFA Society Taiwan自2017年台灣投資菁英高峰論壇活動首次帶入Women in Finance的概念，這次專題也以Gender Diversity為重心，為了拓展台灣金融產業國際化的視野，我們更邀請了CFA Institute此專題研究的首席講師Barbara Stewart, CFA來台演說。這場活動，女人該來、男人更不應該缺席!
Barbara Stewart, CFA 是世界數一數二研究女性與財務金融主題的研究者，此次演講主題: Diversity in Finance: Why it Matters將著重在金融多樣性的重要：這一切不是在討論兩性平等的議題，而是投資分散風險的重要指標，透過分析女性投資人的觀點以及影響女性決策的主要因子，提供金融投資分析另一個角度的觀點。
