2. 已完成繳費之學員如於開課前因故不能出席,可將上課權利轉讓他人,或轉至其他同等值之課程,或展延上課班次,不接受申請退費,惟請務必於課前告知,以利培訓單位進行相關行政作業。
3. 本培訓單位保留是否接受報名之權利。
4. 如遇不可抗拒之因素,本培訓單位保留課程變更、異動之權利,如有調整以公告為準。
5. 因本課程設有課後驗收標準,請務必配合課程指標以達到驗收標準,但如遇貴公司不可抗力之因素,如公司規定、資料不完整、未獲得主管授權等內外在因素導致無法配合而無法達成驗收標準等情況發生,不可歸責於本培訓單位。
6. 因本課程需要資訊共享,學生同意課程期間內分享書信內容及成交金額給予培訓單位,包含書信內容及成交金額,並同意培訓單位用於之後課程宣傳。
