Celebrating the 25th anniversary, CTHPC is premium system conference in Taiwan. Top talents from academia and industry assemble in May annually to present up-to-date system work and to learn from each other. Over 25 years, naturally the topics span from high-performance compilers, operating systems, and distributed parallel systems in the 1st decade to the multi-core, embedded, pervasive and cloud computing in the 2nd decade, and to the recent AI and blockchain systems as well. Vibrant evolution keeps up with the times and demonstrates CTHPC's vitality.

高性能計算及嵌入式編譯技術與系統軟體研討會（Workshop on Compiler Techniques and System Software for High-Performance and Embedded Computing，簡稱CTHPC ，為電腦編譯系統、平行計算研究領域之國內重要學術會議之一，自民國84年第一屆舉辦以來迄今已舉辦24屆。其研討之主題側重於高性能計算系統及編譯技術未來研究發展之方向：包括嵌入式系統、即時系統、CPU architecture、多核心處理器與嵌入式系統之編譯技術，開發叢集計算與網格計算之技術與應用。此外，配合電腦網際網路（Internet）發展之網路計算、行動計算、同儕(P2P)計算、普及計算發展亦為重要研究課題。
此一研討會每年輪流在全國各大學及中研院舉行。會議並邀請世界各地之學者專家演講發表最新相關學術研究成果，進行學術交流互動與研討。由於與會發表之論文大多為執行科技部計畫之成果，本會議也相當於是科技部計畫執行成果發表會。
第二十五屆高性能計算及嵌入式編譯技術與系統軟體研討會預定於 2019年 5 月 24日、5月 25日在國立臺灣大學舉行。本會議主要目的在於讓高性能/嵌入式計算之編譯技術、系統軟體相關的專家、學者及研究生互相交流並發表他們最新的研究成果。會議歡迎學術界、工業界及各研究單位發表最近的研究成果及進行中的研究計畫。除研究成果發表外，本會議亦將邀請國內外相關領域之大師級學者做專題演講，並與參與本會議之其他學者與專家相互交流討論，分享最新高性能與嵌入式計算系統軟體之技術與知識。
