Ladies that UX 是全球最大女性UX社群，在世界各個城市有五十幾個分會。這次特別請到 Ladies that UX 負責北美區的 Director ，同時也是舊金山分會的會長， Clara Kilman-Silver 來分享她一路從UX researcher， 到接管 Ladies that UX 全球組織，最後進入全球最大搜群引擎公司做 UX research 的心路歷程。

Clara Kilman-Silver
Director — Americas, Ladies That UX
Clara is the Director — Americas at Ladies That UX and also co-leads Ladies That UX San Francisco. A member of the LTUX community for over four years, Clara founded Ladies That UX Boston in 2014 and has worked with LTUX chapters around the globe. She currently works as a UX researcher in San Francisco.
