甚麼是千歲宴呢??
寧夏夜市的攤商們為了推廣寧夏夜市道地的小吃，他們發起了用小吃來辦桌的發想，一桌可以一口氣吃到超過20種的道地美食，由於寧夏夜市的每一攤幾乎都是超過50年歷史的小吃，綜合加總小吃攤的年齡，超過千歲以上是綽綽有餘，故名為千歲宴。
在除夕夜前，北門窩決定將千歲宴完整的打包回來，讓大家也都有機會和POSH CREW一起在北門窩辦桌享用千歲宴!!
To promote the Ningxia Night Market and make more and more people understand the cuisine of Ningxia night market, night stand owners came out the idea to hold a Taiwanese banquet (Pān-toh), which you can enjoy more than 20 kinds of night stand cuisines.
As all of the night stand sell cuisine for more than 50 years, calculate all of their age together is more than 1000 years, that's the reason we named it :qiān suì yén (a thousand years old banquet).
