Tom Rook sees a city from the top and captures it by the most down-to-earth ways - taking reference to hundreds of pictures and walking around the city. Born in England and currently residing in Taipei, he finds maps as means to record memories and explore cities. Ubuntu Books is honoured to invite him to share his perspectives and experience gained in drawing "Historic Tainan" as well as other great works in the evening of Jan 11th, 2019.
