鍾典晏｜KPMG 安侯法律事務所 資深律師

鍾典晏資深律師主要專精於各產業公司法令、集團組織重組及智慧財產權保護建置等法律諮詢顧問業務，亦曾協助多家企業經營危機處理及損害控管處理專案。
曾代理多家大型企業處理刑事、民事及行政訴訟，主要業務領域為稅務行政救濟、企業員工舞弊、財報不實、逃漏稅、營業秘密外洩及勞工爭議解決。
亦曾協助多家家族企業從法律及稅務面向處理高資產人士財產管理、遺產稅申報及遺產分配，以及企業經營權移轉諮詢、股權規劃、與股東間爭議談判及訴訟代理等。
另由於近年來個人資料保護議題興起，鍾律師亦曾協助多家各產業個人資料保護制度建置，以及輔導企業遵循歐盟個人資料保護規則(EU General Data Protection Regulation)建置及諮詢。

Kelvin CHUNG is a leading corporate and commercial lawyer with strong expertise of corporate laws, reorganization of group companies, intellectual property protection, enterprises crisis management, and damage control project development.Kelvin has been representing multiple large enterprises to deal with their criminal, civil and administrative litigation. He practices in the area of tax administrative remedies, employee frauds, financial statement frauds, tax evasion, trade secrets leakage, and labor disputes. 

In particular, he has rich experience in assisting high net worth individuals in assets management, estate tax declaration, inheritance succession; he also offers advice in the ownership/control transfer of family business, shareholding arrangement, and other disputes among shareholders.

Kelvin has also participated in personal data protection system establishment for many enterprises. Recently, EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was finally approved by the EU Parliament on 14 April 2016. Since then, Kelvin has been assisting many enterprises to build personal data protection systems in accordance with the GDPR.

Joanna Tien｜Director of PSIM

Joanna Tien has over 8 years of professional experience in overseas and domestic real estate investment market.

Prior to joining PSIM, Joanna worked in President Office of Want Want group in Shanghai for overseas and domestic real estate development. Before that, she was the manager of International Investment Service in Savills Taiwan, assisting investors in overseas real estate investment in UK, AU, NZ, CA, JP, and VN market. She has hold more than 80 seminars and VIP events, and has assisted the team to conclude more than 180 overseas transactions with total amount of more than NT 2 billion.

Joanna’s previous experience also includes regional retail real estate service. She provided consultancy services for international fashion brands in market strategies, expansion analysis. She has successfully assisted Michael Kors, Morton’s Steakhouse, B&B Italia, Space Yoga & Cycling to establish their business and first store at Taipei. In addition, Joanna has involved in several mixed use development consultancy service, including C1D1 Twin Tower, ShinKong Mitsukoshi, Nankang Station BOT Project and Shihlin Paper Manufactory Project at Taipei.

Joanna holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Built Environment Department of National Taipei University, and accomplishes a Master Programme in Real Estate Economic Institute of Aalto University in Finland. She also holds a national broker license in Taiwan.
