關於噪流｜
「噪流」為失聲祭創辦人 姚仲涵 於2011年所設立的非營利組織，目前單位負責人為音像藝術家葉廷皓。噪流致力於推廣實驗聲音影像藝術，連結國內外創作者與團體，培養創作、評論與執行人才，並策劃相關展演活動，將作品從台灣推廣至國際。

fish.the 的音樂和演出由: 不確定性, 再取樣, 演化和錯置組成.現任大學數位音樂講師, 也是台灣第一位 Ableton 原廠認證講師.曾和林強合作 "千禧曼波" 配樂, 獲 38 屆金馬獎最佳原創電影音樂,fish.the 也是 "2001 電子舞曲聖經" 作者 (商周出版)
fish.the’s music and live is made of uncertainty, resampling, evolution and errors.He teaches “Digital Music in Practice” at CYCU, also Taiwan’s 1st Ableton Certified Trainer.Composed “Millennium Mambo” soundtrack with Lim Giong, and won 38th Golden Horse Film Festival Best Original Score.fish.the wrote "2001 Electronic Dance Music Bible" with 4 friends. It’s the 1st book about electronic dance music written in Chinese.
