禅绕画(Zentangle®)发源于美国，由芮克˙罗伯兹（Rick Roberts）与玛莉亚˙汤玛斯（Maria Thomas）创办。他们是一对夫妻，先生曾经是僧侣的身份，妻子则是一名植物插图艺术家兼书写体艺术家。两人一同发展这种具有心灵疗愈力的创作方式。 禅绕画的重点是在有规律以及一笔一画构成图样的过程中，让自己达成既放松又专注的状态，并从中得到平静。
Maria and Rick Roberts developed this fascinating creation. Zentangle is an easy to learn and relaxing method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns. It is a fascinating new art form that increases focus and creativity.

很久以前有一张空白的书签，它是一张普通不过的书签。它的主人是一个热爱阅读、喜欢绘画、喜欢以”心”疗愈的一个热爱生活, 以香气与心灵绘画艺术執着睿智强女人，为生命中梦想奔跑奋斗。
主人每次打开书阅读时，书签就会静静的待在主人身旁，一起开启了阅读之旅。她们都被书里的故事深深吸引住了。而在这过程中，主人都会随着当下的心情，一笔一笔画上了一些線條、圆形、弧形等图样。书签再也不是一张普通的书签，它是与主人一起走过书本里的点点滴滴，把内心的秘密都告诉了书签。它是一张拥有与主人的共同故事印记的#禅绕画书签。
每当主人轻轻的地将禅绕画书签夾进了书里。书签也会恋恋不舍地向主人道别。接下来的日子，主人毎次打开书阅读，书签仍然在一旁跟着一起阅读，一起沉浸在故事当中。
