🔺什么是和谐粉彩艺术？
日本和谐粉彩指绘疗愈 Pastel Nagomi Art是却有一种用手指头和粉彩的独特绘画方式，源自日本的一门艺术疗愈系。Nagomi的日文汉字为“和”，也就是和谐的意思，透过简单却又具有疗愈力的绘画方法，运用粉彩和手指头来彩绘您内在的色彩，为您的心灵带来和谐、宁静和喜悦。这门和式粉彩艺术疗愈在日本被采用于为人们舒压，减少忧郁，心理辅导，艺术治疗等等，同时也透过艺术来陶冶性情与生活。
It is a form of Japanese art healing founded in Japan, using pastels and fingers to create a gentle, transparent, warm and heart-touching art through simple yet unique ways of painting techniques. The kanji character of “NAGOMI” is ‘和’, which means harmony. The mission of PNA is to achieve a society and community that is spiritually rich, healthy, harmonious and balanced.

我是一个没有绘画背景的人。当我初次接触日本和谐粉彩绘画的时候，我很惊讶它的简单，有趣，平静和有力量！我于2016年和2017年完成日本和谐粉彩“准” 和“正”指导师认证。从那刻起，我开始教导这“神奇”的绘画技巧以及散播JPHAA 的理念“实现一个精神上富裕，健康，和谐 & 平衡的社会”。对我来说，日本和谐粉彩是一份来自宇宙的礼物和福佑。它带给我奇迹，也彻底改变了我的生命。我热情地把这份可为内在带来的平静，幸福与和谐的礼物分享给人们。
I am a person with no art background, when I came to know Japanese Pastel Nagomi Art in 2016, I was surprised that it’s so simple, so fun, so peaceful and so powerful! I’m completed the Japanese Pastel Nagomi Art Associate & Advance Instructor Course in 2016 & 2017. From there, I start teaching these “Magical” painting techniques and sharing the mission of Japanese Pastel Hope Art Association (JPHAA) - “Toward Achieving a Society that is Spiritually Rich, Healthy, Harmonious & Balanced”. To me, JPNA is a GIFT and BLISS from the Universe. It’s brought MIRACLES and completely CHANGE my life. My passion is to bring inner peace, happiness and harmony to people with my gift.
