Product Design x UIUX：設計出女性的極緻體驗
好的使用者體驗（User Experience, UX）所帶來的效益已被廣泛認同；在產品的開發流程中，UX 研究佔的角色也越來越重要。但是UX 並非設計師的專利，它更需要的是跨領域的人才，並整合各領域的知識、工具與經驗！
使用者體驗很重要，尤其目標使用者又是女生時，要如何在產品硬體研發、UX/UI 設計及軟體流程中建構出女性友善的產品，並呵護女生獨有的細緻優雅呢？
Women in IoT 11月份的 Meetup 請來了成功開發出以女性客群為主的產品 Love Nuts CEO Donald Hsu（徐德隆） 與膚質檢測儀的Vicky Chang (張益慈)。兩位優秀的創業家將分享她/他們的實戰經驗。如何從使用者體驗的角度出發，深入了解女性的真實需求、找出她們對產品服務的痛點，並將這些結果導入設計的過程中，修正產品設計的方向，以達到為女性設計更好的產品與體驗。
Women in IoT 成立於 2018 年春天，目的在集結任職於台灣各半導體業、代工廠、系統方案商、物聯網相關科技業的女性們，讓她們有一個可以交流經驗、激盪創意、討論創業理想的社群。有為數眾多的女性在台灣科技業擔任專案中的重要推手，尤其是物聯網相關產業，她們在團隊中擔任研發/ 測試工程師、專案管理師 (PM)、品質管理師或是工業設計，許多時候她們並沒有了解到自己的能力是獨一無二的，Women in IoT 任務在激勵這些 Wonder women 們推動自己專案、集結創業資源、了解物聯網趨勢的地方。

講者介紹：
Karan Lin -
Karen recently joined BloomMe, Hong Kong's #1 spa and salon booking platform, as Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Originally from Boston, she is a former Isobar (Aegis/Dentsu) consultant & UX strategist of over 12 years and now lives in Hong Kong. She's #blessed to have worked with countless MNCs across many industries - including IoT - and to have picked up a couple awards along the way. Karen also coaches founders and tech companies on how to use UX to win over customers. In her free time, she enjoys learning Spanish and American Sign Language with her 3-year-old.
Vicky Chang -
現任皇芯全球國際股份有限公司董事長。善用女性的觀察力與溝通力，為皇芯致力開發的醫材與醫美產品創造溫暖的價值。A woman's place is wherever she wants to be.
Donald Hsu -
緹蜜歐科技創辦人, 前HTC主任專利工程師, 台大機械所 . 在創業前專精於專利分析與佈局，以及侵權訴訟，簡而言之協助公司申請對的專利，教RD什麼東西可以申請專利，怎麼樣才不會砸了大錢卻得到沒用的壁紙。
在創業後，專精於打雜，只能說尚在不斷的學習跟探索自身的極限當中。熱愛電影，網球，貓奴
