★Shika’s Treat 美式手工杯子蛋糕★熱愛甜點的Alshika於2013年開始烘焙糕點，在台灣居住至今已經有11年了，品嘗她的手藝能讓我們感受到她對糕點的熱情，讓我們來聽聽她的自我介紹吧！
Hi, I’m Alshika, owner/manager of Shika’s Treats. Shika’s Treats was created, after I started receiving more requests for cakes and other baked goods. All of the items are made by me. Once possible,I make everything from scratch and try to use fresh and seasonal ingredients. I make cakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes and cookies as the main products. I always try to satisfy the needs of my customers by making other types of desserts, and catering to special eating practices (vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, etc).
Whether it’s a special occasion, or you just have a craving for something sweet, my products are guaranteed to satisfy.

Alltech co. is an independent brewery and distillery from Lexington Kentucky. It was started by Dr. Pearse Lyons who is a master brewer and a master distiller. He was born in Ireland and work for Guinness and heartbroken and was the master distiller for Jameson whiskey. He later moved to Kentucky and loved America but hated all the beer so he decided to start brewing and distilling again and he made it Kentucky's first craft beer with the Kentucky Ale in 2000.
奧特奇股份有限公司是間獨立釀造廠，我司分別有兩個釀造場在愛爾蘭的都柏林和美國的肯塔基，並且是家族自營的企業，公司創立者Dr. Pearse Lyons也是專業的啤酒釀造師和蒸餾酒釀造師，並曾經為Guinness 和Jameson 威士忌釀過酒，當他搬去美國時，愛上了美國的文化卻不喜歡他們的啤酒，他開始自己釀造啤酒，他在西元兩千年發表肯塔基第一款精釀啤酒-肯塔基波本愛爾。
肯塔基波本愛爾啤酒以其獨特的波本威士忌味道而獲殊榮，我們的肯塔基艾爾啤酒在波本橡木威士忌桶裡釀造長達六週之久，以汲取香草和橡木的德特芳香。當天還有另一款肯塔基奶油艾爾啤酒，是我們自釀的一點經典的美式啤酒，我們用冷凍的奶油啤酒和少量的玉米薄片，波本香草豆釀造而成，並存放在新鮮橡木桶裡長達至少兩個月。
▸Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale 肯塔基波本愛爾
This beer starts as our Kentucky Ale which is a hybrid brew combing Irish red malts and English pale ale hops. We can take bourbon barrels and empty all the purple out and that same day we had the beer. And most of these barrels that we have 1 gallon two sometimes 3 gallons after that I'll start on the bottom and soaked into the world so after aging for six or eight weeks in the barrel beer naturally picks up flavors of the vanilla, caramel, bourbon and the oak wood.
▸Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale 肯塔基香草奶油艾爾
This is our newest brew that we just started making this year. Its American classic and one of the oldest beers styles. We decided to put our Kentucky twist on it buy adding vanilla bean and aging it in our freshly emptied bourbon barrels. It has an amazing aroma with sweet toasted vanilla. The body is creamy, sweet and crisp.
