設計思考 X 科技產品行銷策略
Women in IoT meetup 的第二場活動，我們邀請到產品開發經驗豐富的許詩琳 Grace Hsu。 Grace Hsu 目前擔任 Acer 的產品經理，曾負責過的產品橫跨智慧穿戴裝置、電競週邊配備、桌上型電腦等。曾到美國學術城市波士頓和世界文化之都的紐約求學，也曾到新創氛圍濃厚的矽谷工作。她從大學在美國開始累積了許多公關和領導的經驗，並擁有紐約帕森設計學院 (Parsons school of Design) 策略設計&管理碩士學位，善用設計思考做全面性的優化和改革，創造出更有效益的商業模式。她深信跨地區及跨領域的經驗可造就更多的創新力，雖然對設計及時尚有高度的興趣，卻選擇投入高科技產業。自從加入宏碁以來，將設計思考運用在科技產品的開發與規劃及社群行銷上。
Women in IoT 成立於 2018 年春天，目的在集結任職於台灣各半導體業、代工廠、系統方案商、物聯網相關科技業的女性們，有一個可以交流、激盪創意、討論創業主題的社群。有眾多的女性在台灣科技業擔任專案中的重要推手，尤其是物聯網相關產業。她們在團隊中擔任研發/ 測試工程師、專案管理師、品質管理師或是工業設計，但往往她們並沒有了解到自己的能力是獨一無二的，希望 Women in IoT 能激勵她們推動自己專案、集結創業資源、了解物聯網趨勢的地方。

現職：宏碁股份有限公司( Acer Inc.) 產品經理

Design Thinking x Marketing Planning For Tech Products
For the second event of Women in IoT, we are glad to have Grace Hsu to share her own experiences as a product manager in tech industry. Grace Hsu currently serves as Acer's product manager. She has been responsible for products ranging from smart wearable devices, gaming accessories, and desktop computers. She spent several years studied in Boston and New York and then once worked in Silicon Valley. Also, she has accumulated a lot of public relations and leadership experience in her years in United States. She holds a master's degree in strategic design and management of Parsons School of Design in New York. She believes that cross-regional and cross-domain experiences can bring more innovations to the organization. Aside from her personal interest in design and fashion, she has devoted herself in tech industries. Since joining Acer, she has applied design thinking to the product development and community marketing.

Speaker Bio:
Grace Hsu
Current position: Product Manager, Acer Inc.
Experiences: Acer Inc. Product Panning& Marketing/ Foxconn Technology Group Project Manager/ CoreTech System Co., Ltd. Global Marketing Specialist/ Bizlink Technology Product Manager/ Federation of Taiwanese Student Association in New York President.
Grace Hsu currently serves as Acer's product manager. Products she has worked on include smart wearable devices, gaming accessories, and desktop computers. Grace has master degree from Parsons school of Design, New York, Strategic Design & Management.
