人工智慧（Artificial Intelligence）已在各大產業掀起炫風式的革命，每個產業都爭相導入 AI 技術，來解決各產業目前難以突破的限制與難題。為能帶動 AI 技術的討論，東南亞知名科技媒體 Tech in Asia、致力協助台灣新創接軌國際的台灣紫牛創業協會，以及 Google 在台策略夥伴 CloudMile萬里雲 共同舉辦本論壇，欲透過專家分享、社群聚會等交流方式，為台灣科技生態圈的痛點提供解決方案。
Artificial Intelligence has triggered a series of revolutions in every industry, leading companies around the world strive their best to introduce AI technology for solving the limitations and difficulties that are hard to break through. In order to lead the discussions on AI technology, Tech in Asia, PurpleCow Startup Association and CloudMile are in collaboration to host this AI seminar, hoping to provide solutions for the pain points in Taiwan’s technology ecosystem through expert sharings and social gatherings.

透過本論壇分享當前 AI 技術的趨勢與產業脈動——前兩場 Keynote 分別邀請到 Google 代表來分享 2018 Google I/O 上最新的 AI 發展、GCP Premier Partner - CloudMile 萬里雲的機器學習技術總監介紹 AI 技術在 Google Cloud Platform 上的應用及案例分享；最後的 Panel 邀請到不同產業的領導者，共同探討各大產業導入 AI 技術的門檻與洞見。
We hope to provide the latest AI trends and industry insights through 2 Keynotes and 1 Panel——The 1st keynote will be delivered by Google ML specialist to share the latest AI developments on 2018 Google I/O; the 2nd keynote will be delivered by CloudMile Technical Director to introduce the case studies of AI applications on Google Cloud Platform; and the panel will be conducted by 3 experts from different industries to discuss the thresholds on introducing AI technology into different industries as well as the latest insights.

由社會賢達共同發起的非營利組織，結合雪豹科技、AppWorks、群聯電子等關心台灣移動互聯網創業的人士與公司共同組成，由群聯電子潘健成先生擔任榮譽理事長、CloudMile 萬里雲策略長蔣志薇小姐擔任理事長。「紫牛」象徵不凡、出類拔萃，而紫牛創業協會以此卓越之精神與思維推動產業改革。希望結合理監事的經驗媒合產業資源，並積極籌備各項活動，包括舉辦紫牛之星徵選、跨產業交流、創業沙龍、資金及人才媒合、團隊簡報輔導等，攜手各產業一起投入移動互聯網產業發展並孕育台灣新創走向國際。

Daniel Sparing - Google Cloud, Machine Learning Specialist
Daniel 致力於幫助各組織建立大規模且具有影響力的預測模型。Daniel 在人工智慧及數學最佳化領域擁有超過 10 年的研究與全球顧問服務經驗，並涉略非常多樣的產業，包括金融業、電信業、運輸業與物流業。
Daniel is a Machine Learning Specialist with Google Cloud, helping organizations build large-scale predictive models that create impact. Daniel has more than 10 years of research and global consulting experience in artificial intelligence and mathematical optimization, across a wide range of industries including finance, telecom, transportation and logistics.
Jonathan Wang 王彥翔 - CloudMile, Technical Director of Machine Learning
現任CloudMile技術總監，為Google Cloud官方認證資料工程師。曾任職於巴可科技主任工程師，專精於數據分析、機器學習演算法、推薦系統及APP程式開發。
Jonathan is currently the Technical Director in CloudMIle with the Google Cloud official certificates. He was working as engineering director at Barco technology, specializing in data analysis, machine learning algorithm, recommendation system and app development.

Spencer Liu 劉永信 - CloudMile, Founder & CEO
CloudMile萬里雲科技創辦人暨執行長。畢業於台灣大學EMBA，曾創辦蕃薯藤電子商務「賣蕃天」及南京伊克羅德等公司，並擔任上市公司市場開發、軟體中心總監等職務，現在同時擔任台灣紫牛創業協會理事。擁有豐富雲端物聯網經驗，擅長於雲端服務、人工智慧應用與商業拓展。劉永信在台灣知名代工廠任職時，爭取到 Google Android 合約，為台灣代工業首例；2015年取得Google Cloud Platform全球僅有15家先期夥伴商資格；更曾因和Google、Android團隊合作，而獲得Android之父Andy Rubin稱讚「懂軟體和生態系統的人才」。
Spencer graduated from NTU EMBA and established numerous startups before. He got the Google Android contract when he was working at an OEM, which is the first OEM case in Taiwan. In 2015, Spencer got the early stage partnership with Google Cloud Platform, and only 15 companies got this chance. The father of Android, Andy Rubin one said: “Spencer is a person who really understand software and this ecosystem”.
Winston Hsu 徐宏民 - NTU CSIE Professor, NVIDIA AI Lab Director
現任台大資工系教授及NVIDIA AI Lab計畫主持人以及工業智能公司thingnario（
Winston is currently the professor in NTU SCIE department, NVIDIA AI Lab Director, as well as the co-founder of Thingnario. Graduated from Columbia EE Ph.D, specializing in machine learning, big scale visual search and discrimination, and pioneer technology business models He was also one of the co-founders of Cyberlink, visiting research fellow at IBM Watson Research Center and Microsoft in the US.
Blue Chen 陳柏儒 - 洞見未來, CEO
全世界每 10 人就有一人有聽力損失風險，每一百人就有一人需要配戴助聽器，這樣的市場每年急劇擴大，而聽覺技術是一項門檻極高的領域，因為本身的需要（聽力障礙）加上過去曾待過知名的 IC 半導體以及 IT 公司背景，全力發展聽力相關黑科技，帶給民眾對於我們黑科技有更多的想像空間，這就是我們，洞見未來。
Blue is currently the CEO of RelaJet, hoping to solved the problems of the hearing-impaired through technology. There are 1/10 people experience hearing loss and 90% People do nothing to it. RelaJet aims to help them communicate, interact and participate fully in life, and also creates its own blockchain for personal health data, focusing at FDA market. Blue was working in famous IC and IT company, now he is fully participating in developing “black technology to help the hearing impaired.
