作為一個非科技背景女性CEO的挑戰
Women in IoT 成立於 2018 年春天，目的在集結任職於台灣各半導體業、代工廠、系統方案商、物聯網相關科技業的女性們，有一個可以交流、激盪創意、討論創業主題的社群。有眾多的女性在台灣科技業擔任專案中的重要推手，尤其是物聯網相關產業。她們在團隊中擔任研發/ 測試工程師、專案管理師、品質管理師或是工業設計，但往往她們並沒有了解到自己的能力是獨一無二的，希望 Women In IoT 能激勵她們推動自己專案、集結創業資源、了解物聯網趨勢的地方。
Women In IoT 的第一場活動，我們邀請了創蘊（Trinalog）共同創辦人暨執行長李冠儀 (Chole Lee) 來分享女性創業所需要的膽識和見識。除此之外大家更想知道的是，作為一位非技術背景又是女性的創業家，在團隊溝通或與廠商、客戶、投資人應對時所遇到挑戰，以及她是如何迎刃而解。 不管妳/你是想開始轉戰物聯網產業的新手、正在醞釀創業想法的女生，或是對於物聯網相關工作及發展有興趣的女/ 男性，都歡迎參加，並可以在活動中得到豐富的交流機會！

講者介紹：
李冠儀 Chloe Lee
現職：創蘊（Trinalog）共同創辦人暨執行長
李冠儀目前擔任Trinalog的CEO, Trinalog提供創新的物連網裝置幫助樂手演出。她在20歲時創立她的公司，在有限的資源和無科技背景的狀態下，她的團隊從0到1研發了自己的硬體系統，並且直接主攻國際市場。她領導管理公司的品牌，跨國夥伴合作。她擁有國立清華大學計量財務金融的學士學位，在創立Trinalog前，她有行銷和創投的產業經驗，並且致力於提昇台灣的創業環境，並在青年人中宣傳創業家精神的價值。她創立了清大最大的創業平台，九又四分之三月台，並且經常在相關創業活動中分享自己的經驗。她也很榮幸被美國艾森豪協會選為代表臺灣的年輕領導人。她對女性科技人的建議："不要看輕自己的潛力，尤其身為一位女性！"

Women in IoT Taipei Meetup
Challenge as a non-tech background women CEO
In the first event of Women In IoT, we invited Chloe Lee, founder and CEO of Trinalog, to share the courage and knowledge needed for women's entrepreneurship. More importantly, the talk will be focusing on as an entrepreneur with a non-technical background and a woman, how she solved the problems when encountering challenges in team communication and negotiations with vendors, customers, and investors. Regardless of whether you are a beginner who wants to move to the Internet of Things industry, a girl who is incubating a startup idea, or a woman/male who is interested in the Internet of Things-related work opportunity and development, you are welcome to join the event!
Women in IoT is a community with its goal to bring women in hardware industry together. Based in Taipei, Taiwan, we hold the event every month aiming to connect, inspire and empower women for entrepreneurial and personal success. We also connect with overseas women entrepreneurial communities to co-host events to bring diversity into our local community. Our goal is to have a highly engaging, proven educational community for women to inspire and encourage more females to mentor, network and grow in tech fields.
We are a thriving female in Internet of Things community connecting female tech professionals with innovative thinking, entrepreneurship and chances to network with similar minds. Women In IoT is an ever-evolving community of female engineers, project managers, and doers in IoT. Here, the cycle of inspiration is always moving and pushing outward. Speaker Bio:
Chloe Lee, CEO of Trinalog, a company providing innovative ioT devices to support musicians. She co-founded her company at the age of 20. With limited resource and non-tech background, her team build up their hardware from 0 to 1 and targets international market. She leads the branding, multilateral partnership in APAC region. Chloe holds a BA degree in Quantitative Finance from National Tsing Hua University. Prior to Trinalog, Chloe has VC and marketing experiences, she’s also committed to improving Taiwan’s startup ecosystem and promoting entrepreneurship amongst her fellow peers. She initiated the biggest scale Start-up Platform, Quarter to TEN in NTHU, and often shares her experiences in events. Chloe is proud to selected as Youth Leaders representing Taiwan by Eisenhower Fellowships. Her advice to women in tech: “Don’t underestimate your potential anytime and anywhere, especially as a WOMAN!”
