台灣的能源政策，正走在十字路口上，
政府的非核家園政策以及台灣電力供給問題引起社會公民的核電的存廢不僅是台灣的議題，更是全球要面對的問題！
在尚未建立完整綠電過渡時期，應以火力還是核電取代亦或
本次的 Energy Hub 邀請到清大工科系葉宗洸教授兼原科中心主任來替我們
解說在能源轉型時代核電所扮演的角色，
以及解答大多數人對於核廢料及安全性的問題，
我們希望藉由舉辦這樣的學術交流活動，
能夠更多人對於核能有進一步思考。

The energy policies in Taiwan are now in a dilemma:
The government's non-nuclear homeland plan is against the insufficient power supply.
The existence of nuclear power plant is not only the problem for Taiwan, but for the whole world!
Therefore, it’s important for everyone to think about striking a balance between nuclear power and coal power plant before the completed green power system is built.
We invite Prof. Tsung-Kuang Yeh,
Dept. of Engineering system and Science, National Tsing Hua University.
Director, Nuclear Science & Technology Development Center.
He will discuss about the role of nuclear in Taiwan during energy transition time for us.
And answer the safety of nuclear waste problem most people are concerned with.
We hope there will be more people have more ideas about nuclear by having this kind of academic exchanging activity
