本屆高峰會與台灣高鐵合作推出高鐵優惠套票，購票請洽全臺 7-ELEVEN 門市 ibon 機台！

• 高鐵優惠套票內容包含：
  1. 高鐵車票：標準車廂來回票，約原價 8 折
  2. 活動優惠票：03/01 至 03/20 期間購票，可享超早鳥優惠價 990 元。03/21 至活動前購票，可享優惠價 1,600 元。
• 說明：
  1. 03/01至 03/20 於 ibon 系統購票者，可享高鐵標準車廂來回票 8 折及活動票超早鳥優惠價 990 元。
  2. 03/21至 05/04 於 ibon 系統購票者，可享高鐵標準車廂來回票 8 折及活動票優惠價 1,600 元。

• 「高鐵套票」內含「高鐵車票取票代碼單」1 張（高鐵去程及回程車票）+「門票 1 張」須成套購或退，其中高鐵車票起訖站之其中一站需為高鐵台中車站。

二、活動通

為了於臺灣推廣社會企業概念、提升本土民眾認知，特別推出臺灣民眾限定優惠票券如下，購買時請填寫臺灣身分相關資訊（原票價 3000 元）

• 03/01 至 03/20 於活動通系統購票者，享臺灣民眾優惠超級早鳥票 $990。
• 03/21 至 05/04 於活動通系統購票者，享優惠價如下：
  1. 臺灣民眾優惠單人票 $2,000 
  2. 臺灣民眾優惠多人票 $1,800 （2 至 9 人適用）
  3. 臺灣民眾優惠團體票 $1,600（10 人以上適用）

Ticket Information

• Early-bird Rate Ticket NTD$2,500 (March 1 – March 20)
• Standard Ticket NTD$3,000 (March 21 – May 4)

To promote the concept of social enterprise in Taiwan, there are some Local Only promotional tickets for Taiwanese people. To buy the Local Only ticket, Taiwanese ID is required when booking the ticket.

報到事項

1. 活動每日於 08:30 開放報到，敬請攜帶紙本或電子票券與會。本活動票券係採不記名制，報到時憑券入場，敬請妥善保存。
2. 當天現場人潮眾多，提醒來賓儘早抵達會場以免影響權益。
3. 活動首日（ 5 月 5 日）上午時段 09:30－11:00 以及活動次日（ 5 月 6 日）上午時段 10:00－11:00 ，將於【國際展演館一】進行開幕和主題演講。因場地僅能容納 400 人，活動將同步於 【國際展演館二】、【聚知堂】、【衡道堂】 等 3 處進行實況轉播。若來賓想第一線直擊現場，敬請提早到場至 【國際展演館一】就座，以免向隅。

Registration

1. Registration begins at 08:30AM each day. Please present your paper or electronic tickets at entry points.
2. Please arrive earlier to avoid registration rush hours.
3. Opening session, Keynote speech 1 &2 will be held at Venue "International Performance and Exhibition Hall 1" on 09:30-12:40 on May 5th and 10:00-11:00 on May 6th, respectively. As the main venue is only available for 400 guests, livestreaming will be provided at "International Performance and Exhibition Hall 2", "R04 Ju-Zhi Hall" and "Heng-Dao Hall" as well.

活動注意事項

1. 報到時憑紙本或電子票券領取識別證，敬請於高峰會 2 天全程配戴，以利通行各活動場地。
2. 活動全程提供中、英文同步口譯服務，憑個人證件即可於活動會場免費租借。
3. 活動室內會場全面禁止飲食（飲用水除外），並請記得攜帶個人隨身物品。
4. 為尊重講者之智慧財產權，本活動未經同意禁止私自錄音、攝錄影或直播。
5. 活動兩日提供午餐予活動參與者。

Other Event Notices 

1. Pick up your badge at registration desk with your paper and electronic tickets. Put on your badge at all time during the event for easier access.
2. Simultaneous interpretation services of English and Mandarin Chinese are provided in the event. Borrow headsets free of charge with personal ID.
3. No foods or drinks indoors (water excluded), and take care of your personal belongings.
4. For intellectual property concerns, photos, videos and livestreaming are forbidden during the event.
5. Lunch will be provided during the Summit.

1.  於活動通系統購票者，請於購票時輸入發票開立相關資訊，主辦單位將開立電子發票並 E-MAIL 至指定信箱。
2.  於ibon系統購票者，請於活動當日至服務台登記資料，主辦單位於會後將開立電子發票並 E-MAIL 至指定信箱。
3.  如於會後一個月內，皆未向主辦單位索取發票，將代為捐贈給社福團體或非營利組織。

Receipts

1. Accupass ticket buyers should provide receipt information during ticketing process to receive electronic receipts via email.
2. If receipts are not claimed in one month after event, the organizers will donate them to social welfare groups or NPOs.
