POWER®提供4個課程版本,每個版本將全身肌肉群做靈活的組合並加以訓練,讓参與者在短時間能達到訓練的最大效果,例如:增強身體強度、肌力、雕塑肌肉以及燃燒脂肪。還能加入有氧訓練的方式,一次的課程能達到兩種訓練效果。

It is much more than training with
weights!
POWER ® has been cleverly designed to offer
4x individual classes (formats), referred to as 'Alpha', 'Beta',
'Gamma' and 'Delta'.
Each class has its own muscle grouping (and format), which provides a
variety of training goals such as strength, stamina, muscle toning and the
potential to burn lots of calories (fat loss).
POWER ® also has a POWER CARDIO ®
version, which combines simple, athletic aerobic tracks incorporated into the
training with weights.
POWER ® classes offers a challenging
and rewarding workout with weights &/or cardio.
