Italki Director of Services Jim Leu will talk about how they manage this networked workforce, including the systems, successes and challenges they’ve encountered.

Jim heads up the Services Department at italki, the world leader in online language education with more than 2 million students and over 5000 teachers of over 100 languages. italki connects students with online language teachers around the world for 1-on-1 language lessons. Jim has lived and worked in Greater China for over 20 years with extensive experience in the startup and corporate world. Previous to italki, he worked at Wolters Kluwer, started and ran his own English training center, and held positions at kick.com, IBM, and Disney's World of English. Jim holds a BA from Vassar College and MBA from CEIBS. Jim just moved back to Taipei after living and working 16 years in Shanghai.
Jim主管italki服務部門，italki是線上語言教育平台領域的領軍者，囊括超過兩百萬學生和五千名教師，并使用多於100種語言。italki通過一對一的語言課程將全球學生與線上語言教師相連結。Jim在大中華區居住與工作超過20年，在新創與企業領域具備豐富的經驗。在italki之前，他已在Wolters Kluwer開始運營自己的英文培訓中心，并在kick.com、IBM和迪士尼美語世界取得職位。Jim從Vassar College取得學士學位，在中歐國際工商學院獲得MBA。Jim在上海生活、工作16年后搬到台北。
