2017衛武營藝術祭國際論壇，延續眾人、參與及藝術的核心概念，以「眾人參與藝術基地的創生」為主軸，邀請國內外藝術基地及藝術節的推手，共同分享藝術創生的過程，激發想像的可能，在高雄看見藝術的國際視野。衛武營期待透過討論，群聚每一個可能的力量，共同建築成眾人嚮往的藝術之地！

This year’s Weiwuying Arts Festival International Symposium continues to examine the public’s role in developing an arts hub.  Leaders of arts centers and festivals around the world will share their experience in cultural and arts production and inspire each other to imagine new possibilities. 

* 報名至11/9（四）截止。Registration ends on Nov.9 (Thu.) 

■      國際論壇 ：1.5天的論壇須全程參與，報名需繳保證金新臺幣1500元整。1.5天全程參與論壇者，將於活動結束後退還保證金，未能全程參與者恕不退費。此保證金不包括「專業工作坊：膽子有多大的策展思維」，欲參加該工作坊，需另外報名。

■      報名資格：歡迎喜愛藝文民眾、教育工作者、文化場館經營者及專業藝術經理人參與。

■      報名人數：上限90名，額滿為止。

■      報名方式：Accupass網路報名→繳交保證金、工作坊課程費用→收到錄取通知→報名完成

■    International Symposium : NT$1,500 deposit is required for the 1.5 days program. Deposit will be returned to participant at the end of the event after full attendance. This deposit does not include the Professional Development Session. Please make another registration for the session.

■    This symposium is suitable for arts managers, producers, festival programmers, curators, artists, urban planners, architects and peers at public sectors.  

■    Number of participants is limited to 90, places are limited and strictly first come first serve basis.

講者介紹

張敬業  LK-Chaz  | 今秋藝術節策展人 Curator, Lukang Arts Festival 

來自台灣的一個古老城鎮-鹿港，畢業於樹德科技大學休閒事業管理系藝術行政管理組（現為藝術管理與藝術經紀系），身兼藝術經理人與音樂表演者，現為今秋藝術節策展人、鹿港囝仔文化事業有限公司執行長。

2012年返鄉成立鹿港囝仔文化事業有限公司，開始從社區營造角度思考，表演藝術如何成為人們與地方空間對話的橋樑。創辦今秋藝術節，15-17年擔任策展人，先後提出「先有在地參與，才談在地藝術節」、「Community 生活的共同體」、「Connecting 連結」等策展概念，透過藝術節，不只是地方的慶典，更讓古老的城鎮能再度被討論，並提出更多想像。

簡文彬 Chien Wen-Pin  | 衛武營國家藝術文化中心準藝術總監 Executive and Artistic Director designee of the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts(Weiwuying) 

簡文彬生於臺北市，國立藝專（今國立臺灣藝術大學）鍵盤組畢業，維也納音樂暨表演藝術大學指揮碩士學位。1996年起任職於德國萊茵歌劇院（Deutsche Oper am Rhein）；1998-2004年為日本太平洋音樂節（Pacific Music Festival） 駐節指揮；2001-2007年為國家交響樂團（NSO）音樂總監，任職期間帶領樂團創新經營規模，並擴展樂團國際知名度；2011年8月成為德國萊茵歌劇院終身駐院指揮，為亞洲指揮在歐洲第一人；2014-2016年擔任國立臺灣交響樂團藝術顧問，2015年起擔任國家表演藝術中心衛武營營運推動小組召集人暨準藝術總監。簡文彬為第十八屆國家文藝獎得主。

Chien Wen-Pin, Executive and Artistic Director designee of the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts(Weiwuying) , Artistic Advisor of the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra, was born in Taipei, graduated from the National Taiwan Academy of Arts and awarded with Master degree at the National University for Music and Performing Arts Vienna. Since 1996 Chien is Conductor of the Deutsche Oper am Rhein, 1998-2004 he was Resident Conductor of the Pacific Music Festival (Sapporo, Japan), 2001-2007 he was Music Director of National Symphony Orchestra (Taiwan), during his tenure the orchestra has achieved several milestones such as creating Subscription series, commissioning Taiwanese composers, introducing an opera series which coroneted with the first production of the complete "Ring des Nibelungen" by Richard Wagner in Chinese speaking areas, upon orchestra’s 20th anniversary in 2006. In 2011 Chien gained the status of "lifelong conductor", the first Asian conductor in German opera theaters. Chien was winner of the "National Award for Arts" in 2014.

Lucy Forge  | 闇黑藝術節MONA Dark Mofo創意製作人 Creative Producer, MONA Dark Mofo 

Lucy Forge是一位傑出的製作人、節目企劃和藝術經理，一手催生國際知名的闇黑藝術節（Dark Mofo）；曾任職於墨爾本藝術中心（Arts Centre Melbourne）和MONA藝術博物館多年，擅長彙整多元跨域的不同元素，主導策劃並執行眾多大型藝術節慶，包括：瀑布音樂藝術節（The Falls Music & Arts Festival）、墨爾本國際爵士樂節（Melbourne International Jazz Festival）、莫爾特豪斯劇院（Malthouse Theatre）、北岸新秀藝術節（Emerge Festival）以及墨爾本藝穗節（Melbourne Fringe Festival）。

Lucy Forge is an accomplished producer, programmer and arts manager with many years experience across varying art forms and festival contexts. As Executive Producer for Dark Mofo in Hobart, she oversees the festival structure and program and manages the festival’s operational team. She has previously worked as Program Manager for various events and festivals for Mona, Producer and Acting Program Manager for Artistic Development and Public Programs at Arts Centre Melbourne, and in project management, producing and communications roles at The Falls Music & Arts Festival, Melbourne International Jazz Festival, Malthouse Theatre, Emerge Festival with Multicultural Arts Victoria and Melbourne Fringe Festival. 

José-Manuel Gonçalvès  | 104藝術中心總監 Director, 104 Centquatre Paris 

José-Manuel Gonçalvès是位於巴黎19區的104藝術中心的總監。104藝術中心前身為巴黎市立殯儀館，2008年廢除該功能後重生為藝術中心。歷經多個經營者，始終未能扭轉死氣沉沉的印象，自從José-Manuel Gonçalvès於2010上任以來，打造一個｢嶄新」的氛圍與平台，強調合作，不排斥任何可能性，是任何｢嶄新」的可能。他被視為藝術界的傳奇舵手。占地總面積35000平方米，104藝術中心提供了各領域創作者一個平台，從文學到戲劇、音樂到舞蹈、電影到錄影、造型藝術到時尚，它同時是新創事業的培養器。104藝術中心已然成為巴黎與年輕藝術家互動最頻繁的地方。

Director of the Centquatre-Paris since 2010, producer of the 2014 and 2015 Nuit Blanche, curator of many exhibitions such as most recently the contemporary art circuit Paysages Bordeaux 2017, José-Manuel Gonçalvès, the Director of the artistic and cultural project of the Grand Paris Express has multi-faceted curiosities. Convinced that innovation is the result of an aggregation rather than a breach, he is said to like to observe all fields, as he asserts. The CENTQUATRE-PARIS is at once a space for artistic production and a venue for the production of innovation in the field of creative industries. “I have noticed that innovation can often be found where there is multidisciplinarity. When, for example, musicians join forces with researchers, or biologists with visual artists… The novelty is not necessarily the content or the elements, but the way in which they are combined. It is the intelligence of the arrangements that ends in the creation of something different.” 

劉克峰 Ke-Fung Liou  | 建築藝術家，策展人  Architect & Curator 

在藝術界多變的角色，就如同劉克峰的造型所給眾人的印象一樣，既是建築師，也是藝術工作者、大學教授、藝術評論家，更是691 點 共享聚落的藝術總監。他的繪畫創作常以情緒和記憶作為主軸，藉由隨筆或者是塗鴉的方式傳達，尤其擅長用建築來探討人、心靈與空間的關聯，以各式童趣的物件融入在展覽中。縱使已享有盛名，十幾年來，劉克峰還是在藝術界和建築界中，靠著毅力與熱情，不間斷的在台灣這塊土地上探索著空間、歷史和人文的脈絡。 

Ke-Fung Liou occupies a versatile role in Taiwan’s arts community.  He is a practicing architect, visual artist, university professor, art critic, and the artistic director of 691 Village, an artists community.  Inspired by everyday experiences, his paintings are characterized by their casual touches and a focus on emotions and memories.  For over a decade, he has explored the connection between space, history, and culture in Taiwan through the lens of architecture.

Liz Pugh  | Walk the Plank 共同創辦人暨創意製作人 Co-founder and Creative Producer, Walk the Plank 

Liz Pugh創辦並任職於Walk the Plank，擁有超過25年的戶外藝術執導經驗，旗下率領眾多藝術家和活動工程師，共同激盪出許多備受讚譽的大型演出專案。她認為舞台不應該侷限於劇場之中，因此催生出英國第一個，也是目前唯一的巨型演出船，15年來於世界各地巡迴登場；這樣的表演形式能邀請人們以新的方式進行合作、聯繫或慶祝，讓藝術表演打破空間而營造出更豐富的層次感。

 2017年，Liz更受邀擔任2017歐洲文化開放之都的藝術總監，開幕典禮於Cyprus舉行，精彩的活動超過300個，活動主軸定義為｢連結各大洲-橋樑文化」，不僅把歷史、文化和宗教融合匯聚，並重新演繹連結東西方文化，因此，Liz特別訓練了來自西非的50名節目製作人，並舉辦了英國最大的全民慶祝活動：曼徹斯特大遊行，吸引了十萬名遊客熱情參與。

Fiammetta Rocco  | 《經濟學人》及《1843》文化編輯 Culture Editor, the Economist, 1843

Fiammetta Rocco是《1843》和《經濟學人》的文化編輯，她從2003年開始擔任《經濟學人》的圖書和藝術編輯，負責監製把關《經濟學人》於實體雜誌或線上平台所刊載的書評與文化報導。她曾撰寫過兩篇經濟專題報導，深度解析藝術品市場，以及精闢分析出博物館的未來發展走向。她還曾多次為各種類型的書籍獎項擔任頒獎人，同時也是布克國際文學獎（Man Booker International Prize）的管理人。

Fiammetta Rocco is the cultural editor of 1843 and The Economist. She grew up in East Africa and studied Arabic at Oxford University. She was appointed Editor of Books and Arts at The Economist in 2003. She supervises all The Economist's book reviews and culture coverage, both online and in print. She has written two Economist special reports, one on the art market and the other on the future of museums. She has also served on several book prizes, both for fiction and non-fiction, and is the administrator of the Man Booker International Prize for fiction.

Virve Sutinen  | Tanz im August柏林國際舞蹈節藝術總監  Artistic Director, Tanz im August 

從2014年起擔任藝術總監，從事藝術與文化領域的工作，身兼管理總監、藝術總監、統籌者、製作人、記者和總編輯，於Tanz im August藝術節之前，曾擔任過丹麥斯德哥爾摩Dansens博物館表演藝術策展人兼劇院主席。在赫爾辛基期間也曾擔任11月舞蹈藝術總監，並與Mika Taanila一起創立了旋轉舞蹈、音樂電影及視頻節，於斯德哥爾摩期間她創辦了斯德哥爾摩節、城市串連節與舞蹈邊界。

Virve Sutinen has been the artistic director of Tanz im August – International Festival Berlin since 2014. She has worked in the arts and cultural sector as a managing director, artistic director, organiser, producer, journalist, and editor-in-chief. Before Tanz im August, she was the artistic director and general manager of Dansens Hus Stockholm, and the first performing arts curator and head of Kiasma Theatre, in Kiasma, the Museum of Contemporary Art Helsinki. Sutinen has served as a member of numerous juries and held a number of honorary offices, most notably as the president of IETM, and as a chair for the Nordic Culture Point’s mobility and network programme. She is a founding member of European Dancehouse Network and ICE HOT – Nordic Dance Platform.

3. Cancellation policy: Register should login Accupass to apply for the ticket refund. The refund should be applied at least 8 days before the start time of the ticket valid date and a processing fee will be charged at 10% of the amount of the ticket.
