Be Experienced in Experience!
In the past, a great enterprise always has a good product, good service, and a good solution. As internet marking 4.0 faces AI, big data, what can be the key for enterprise digital transformation? The answer is User Experience. From the beginning, technology has focused on humans and interactions with humans.
Good user experience can not only help enterprises bring in customers and clients with a high brand loyalty, it can establish a higher competition threshold. According to Forrester, an internationally well known marketing research institution, 89% of users said that when using a product that caused them to be unhappy, many people chose to stop using it and choose a competitor’s services. Furthermore, 97% of people expressed that a good user experience can determine whether or not one buys a product or service.
In the virtual reality/augmented reality industry, we think of audience experience. In the airline industry, the tourism industry, banking, and insurance, we think of customer experience. In e-commerce, capital investment and other related industries, we think of an online experience. In all different industries, there is constant mention of the word “experience” to enhance the user's’ loyalty and happiness with the brand. How do we respond to this to make sure our own company has a successful digital transformation?
Savvy UX Summit 2017 will take place on December 8th, 2017 in the Taipei Marriott Hotel. For this summit, we have the pleasure to invite user experience professional consultants in the banking, e-commerce, education, IoT, VR/AR fields from all across the globe spanning North America, Asia, and Europe. In the list of speakers, one has been dubbed the VR influencer of the UK. Some others include the Austrian User Experience Association vice president, the experience director for the Canadian e-commerce hit Shopify, the design director for IBM Ireland, a human-computer interaction PhD candidate from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, the Spanish Fjord service design director, a past American Fortune 500 enterprise user experience director, and more, all of which are gathering in Taiwan to meet with you face to face and to analyze different types of design problems and cases.

Aldrich Huang is an entrepreneur, a co-founder of UXTesting, his first startup, founder of SavvyUxer, as well as organizer of the Savvy UX Summit. He has worked in the field of legal, business development, and customer experience for several years, and he firmly believes that better user experience will bring joy to your users.
Christophe Mallet

Christophe 為 Somewhere Else 的共同創辦人,過去八年間專注於虛擬實境、擴增實境及混合實境科技 (VR/AR/MR) 科技。在音樂及虛擬實境產業八年的豐富經驗後,開啟他個人的專業職涯,協助企業在 VR/AR/MR 產業,建立品牌、顧問及創新服務。
與三星電子、Three Mobile 及愛迪達等知名跨國企業合作的經驗上,Christophe 成功協助企業成功建立在時尚、零售及娛樂產業的優質形象,當然,亦是透過虛擬實境的體驗拉近顧客及品牌間的關係。
除此之外,Christophe 是一名虛擬實境 VR 的部落客及 Uni-VR think Tank 的核心成員,被譽為歐洲 VR/AR/MR 實境產業重要的靈魂人物之一。
Christophe is the co-founder of Somewhere Else, a London-based creative consultancy and production house specialised in immersive technologies (VR/AR/MR).
After 8 years spent between digital strategy consultancy and music events and VR studio Exzeb, Christophe started Somewhere Else to help brands, agencies and innovators harness the power of VR/AR/MR to win in the Age of Experience.
Working with the likes of Samsung, Three Mobile and Adidas, Somewhere Else has enable brands in the fashion, retail and entertainment sectors to build deeper relationships with their audiences through powerful VR experiences.
Christophe is a regular VR blogger and a member of the Uni-VR think tank. He has recently delivered talks at the Awwwards LDN, the AR/VR Show and the Virtual Reality Show as well as conducted VR workshops for top creatives at agencies such as Ogilvy, FCB Inferno, IDEO and OMD.
Diego Dalia

Diego Dalia 目前為 Fjord 西班牙部門的服務與互動設計師負責人,且是都柏林 UXcamp 和 SDN Ireland Local 的創辦人。
Diego 過去多年生活於義大利、中國、荷蘭、捷克及都柏林,為一位具跨國經驗的服務設計、互動設計專家,其曾在包含醫療照護、人力資源、自動化服務及休閒旅遊等產業,設計數位產品及服務,致力於開發給使用者創新的體驗。
一直以來,Diego 活躍於使用者體驗及服務設計領域,身為都柏林 UX Camp Dublin 和愛爾蘭服務設計社群的共同創辦人,每月固定在愛爾蘭舉行線下社群聚會及分享,推廣 UX 及服務設計。
Diego is a designer with a background in Service & Interaction Design. So far he have lived, studied and worked in Italy, China, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and in Dublin. During his career, Diego have served in a broad range of roles, designing digital products and services in several sectors, including healthcare, human resources, and the automotive and travel & leisure industries.
He is passionate about designing interactions, delivering new experiences to users, and developing new systems for products & services.
He is a passionate ethnographer and he love travelling. he try to enrich himself by discovering and learning new things about the places he visit, especially the sociocultural aspects, including music and food. Diego is actively involved in the UX and Service Design communities. In Ireland, he co-organize the monthly Dublin UX meet-up. He cofounded the first UX Camp Dublin ( http://uxcampdublin.com/) and the Irish chapter of the Service Design Network (https://www.service-design-network.org/chapters/sdn-ireland-building).

Florian Lachner

Florian 現為慕尼黑大學人機互動學科的博士候選人。其專長是以數據驅動分析不同跨文化中的使用者體驗設計。
Florian 也在慕尼黑大學及慕尼黑工業大學聯合創立創新創業學程(CDTM)擔任管理階層,透過結合不同背景之學生,連結各大企業、新創公司對接之實習及專案合作,以務實的角度切入企業中,激發學生創新的思考。合作對象包括空中巴士、BMW、 PwC、Vodafone 、西門子等知名跨國大企業。
Florian is doctoral candidate at the Human-Computer Interaction Group of the LMU Munich. His research is about data-driven approaches in UX design with a particular focus on the investigation of cultural differences. At CDTM, he is part of the Management Team.

Jacinthe Ricard

Jacinthe is a Product Manager at Shopify, the leading multi-channel commerce platform that supports over 500 thousand entrepreneurs.
Bringing together architectural, design and commerce training, she explores new ways to define and understand the user experience as a whole. Her diverse insight allows her to solve complex usability problems from both a human and technical standpoint.
Collaborating alongside designers, content strategists, researchers, developers as well as Shopify users, Jacinthe create tools that meaningfully impact the lives of merchants around the world.

Johannes Robier 為奧地利使用者體驗及易用性之顧問公司「youspi」的創辦人,以及「世界易用性大會 World Usability Congress」的主席和創始人。其合作對象包括紅牛(Redbull)、西門子(Siemens)、飛利浦(Philips),安智銀行(ING bank)等許多知名跨國大企業。過去設計之產品曾獲得「NASA」年度產品的殊榮。
目前亦擔任使用者體驗專業協會(UXPA)的奧地利副主席一職,為歐洲重要的使用者體驗專家顧問之一,並在奧地利三所大學擔任講師。
Johannes Robier is founder of the UX & Usability agency youspi and Chair of the World Usability Congress. He developed the NASA product of the year. In addition he is lecturer for UX at three different universities in Austria.

Jared Huke helps the enterprise mobilize their workforce with a blend of contextual mobility and predictive User Centered Design. With a focus on utility, he has led teams into the darkest corners of corporate infrastructure to bring these large companies to the modern, mobile world. He returned to Texas to launch Daito Design in the recent wave of technology innovation around Internet of Things, wearables, and mobility.

Rohini Gosain is a Design Manager at IBM Studios Dublin, having as much fun designing as it rains! Her constant fascination has been with creating the most efficient circuits of Design and Technology, with the user as the key.
A passionate designer with 9 years of design experience primarily encompassing Visual/UX Design and Graphic Design. Her major work experience spans USA (Amplify), Europe (ICLEI, British High Commission, Different Advertising, Design & Marketing Ltd.) and India (Adobe, United Nations) in various roles like UX/Visual Design Lead and Design Consultant.
Rohini’s design portfolio spans a wide spectrum of art, design, technology and cognitive projects. These cover verticals like human resources, education, energy and sustainability. She is currently exploring design solutions for cognitive computing in the talent acquisition space.
Yuwei Fu

Yuwei Fu is an award-winning Lead User Experience Designer, working across web, app, operation system, game, TV, kiosk, and installation in various industries. Usability, creativity, design thinking, management and collaboration are his core capabilities.
During his design career, he has worked at world-class digital agencies including R/GA, SapientNitro, Method, and Fantasy Interactive. He developed UX for Fortune 500 companies and won several well-known awards including an Emmy Award, a Cannes Lion, multiple FWA Awards and more.
In addition, as a board member of the Asia Experience Design Association, he studies user behavior and presents his expertise in presentations and online. He oversees a weekly live broadcasting show, The Accent Studio, where he interviews outstanding international designers and artists.
