1. 電子商務市場中的商業模式 ;
2. 找到核心價值 ;
3. 持續並有效地提供平台所帶來的價值 ;
4. 雞生蛋還是蛋生雞的解答 ;

Marketplace as a business model is commonly described as "chicken-and-egg" because of two elements that make it extra-challenging to scale-- buyers and sellers (or users and providers). Where do you start? Do you start with buyers? How to recruit sellers? How to pull these two forces so they can monetize your platform? In this meetup, we invited 99jobs (https://99job.tw/) CEO and Founder Kevin Lin (https://angel.co/ke-wei-lin), to talk about how he is scaling 99job to 3000+ users and over $500,000 in revenue as of today.
This meetup will also cover the following:
a. The ecommerce marketplace business model;
b. Finding the value in marketplaces;
c. Proving and sustaining the value in your platform.
d. The answer to the chicken and egg problem :)
Slots are limited, so first come, first serve!
Note: A bit more explanation. Essentially, when we see a platform, wherein it needs two sides to scale and grow, we approach it as a marketplace. We don't need to limit it as shopping, but we can see it in business models of Uber, Lyft, AirBnB, Apps store, etc.
We will collect NT$50 per person for the room rent. You are free to bring drinks/food.
The meetup will be both in English and Chinese.
