Futures & YOU is a holistic and integrated strategic foresight course organized by Kinnogene Inc. and the Center for Engaged Foresight, two of the premier strategic foresight and innovation hubs in Asia. The Futures & YOU - Strategic Foresight Course is a 2-day intensive and integrated futures thinking and literacy workshop organized and facilitated by Kinnogene Inc. and the Center for Engaged Foresight, two of the premier strategic foresight and innovation hubs in the Asia Pacific.
This course aims to:

The first phase of the 3D-T foresight framework learning process. Discovery is the act of sensing or detecting wicked problems, unknowable risks and great opportunities.
Discovery in foresight enables people and firms to develop the competency to spot and recognized unknowable ideas and concepts as meaningful.
Tools and methods like emerging issues, inspect, steeple, futures wheel analysis, futures triangle and experiential questioning foresight tools equip the skill to explore new ideas and opportunities.
Design and Develop | 重構與策展 -在未來的情境中, 一道提問, 挑戰現今擁有對未來的假設. 遊戲化的場景採用多項適用的未來學活動. 如何善用我們的集體體驗來助益參與成員們重構,策劃,並展現 對所欲未來的可能選擇 並 重塑對未來的演繹及描述, 進而發展截然不同的策略及行動?
At this phase is where futures are gamified. This phase allows participants to question and ‘play’ their futures assumptions. Gamification techniques such as the Polak game, the Sarkar Game, the Thing from the Future Game, causal layered analysis, scenario planning, backcasting.
How might our point of views, storytelling, and prototype building aid leaders and firms design their scaffoldings of alternative and preferred future worlds to reframe and develop strategies to take action from the future.
Transformation | 蛻變 -這個時刻, 成員們會重新審視並統合所有的點子, 反思發現, 並思慮重中之重在哪兒? 神奇的蛻變開始萌發 – 成員們明確共同的初心, 信仰及彼此環繞. 未來重新被拓殖及新生在此.渡己渡人雙修, 選用的未來學工具用以來引發成員們的初心與內外合一.
This is the phase where participants re-think and consolidate their ideas, reflect on insights and contemplate on what matters most to them. The future is transformed when clarity of purpose, self-belief and trust are achieved. The future is decolonized and revisioned at here. Person, leadership and self-awareness futures thinking tools are used to help participants align their inner and outer worlds to find and revisit their true north.
Theory U’s creative visualization exercise, intimate futures, meditation, relationship circles, feedback tools are learned.
