Not long ago, Food2gather introduced a famous Colombian street food, Empanadas. This time, we want to introduce another well-known dish, Bandeja Paisa or Colombian Traditional Rice Dish. Bandeja Paisa is a traditional dish from the city of Medellin, and it combines food and styles of old and new flavors. Usually served in large portions and assortments, it is an amazing dish to try.
Our chef Jana, is from Medellin, and she would like to share her traditional food with everyone. For those who love exotic Latin food, please join us for this event. You wouldn’t want to miss it. Only at 《Colombia Undiscovered Part II》!

- 哥倫比亞炸香蕉餅 (搭配三種餡料) 3 Flavors Fried Bananas (Patacones)
- (1) 哥倫比亞番茄洋蔥醬：番茄、洋蔥、大蒜、香菜與南美
香料，不辣且酸甜開胃 - Hogao sauce, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and cilantro
- (2) 南美風味牛肉絲 Carne Desmechada Colombian Pulled Beef
- (3) Salchicha 熱狗 Sausages
- (1) 哥倫比亞番茄洋蔥醬：番茄、洋蔥、大蒜、香菜與南美
- 哥倫比亞炸香蕉餅 (搭配三種餡料) 3 Flavors Fried Bananas (Patacones)
- 主菜 Main Course：

ABOUT OUR CHEF
大家好，我是Jana，來自哥倫比亞，與台灣老公在哥國相識、相戀，嫁來台灣已經9年。很喜歡烹飪，曾在哥倫比亞的餐廳工作，後來也自己開小吃攤，擅長烹煮哥倫比亞小吃，如 salchipapa (薯條跟熱狗)、chorizo con arepa (香腸跟玉米餅)、tamales (玉米粉蒸肉)。
我喜歡台灣，也想念哥倫比亞，所以很高興可以讓台灣朋友品嘗我的哥倫比亞家鄉食物，希望大家會喜歡
Hello everybody, I am Jana and I am from Colombia. 9 years ago, I got married to my Taiwanese husband and moved to Taiwan ever since. I have worked in various restaurants in Colombia, and also opened my own street vendor before selling Salchipapa (hot dog and fries)、Chorizo con Arepa (sausages and corn-cakes)、Tamales (steamed corn meats)。
I love Taiwan and love cooking, so I would love to host an event to cook for Taiwanese friends Hope you will enjoy my food.
