Carolyn's Yoga Class 凱洛琳的瑜珈課
Carolyn是在紐約長大的台灣人，她學習瑜珈已經10年，2014年Carolyn於加州取得瑜珈的教學執照，此後就一直從事瑜珈的教學工作。Carolyn說瑜珈不只是一種運動，更是一種生活哲學，她希望學生不只能學到瑜珈的動作，也能從練習之中找回自己的呼吸、平衡還有更重要的 ─ 找回自己的生活。每堂課程Carolyn會花一個小時的時間帶領大家練習瑜珈，後面的半個小時Carolyn將會透過討論的方式和所有學生分享瑜珈的哲學（Eight Limbs of Yoga）。本課程為入門課程，從沒來有學過瑜珈的朋友也很歡迎參加，上課的場地為小巨蛋捷運站的慢空間，內部是舒服的木質地板空間，很適合瑜珈的練習。關於課程請看Carolyn的介紹：
We will practice yoga (surprise surprise!) for the majority of the class time and then introduce the series of minor and major energy centers called chakras. The word chakra is Sanskrit for "wheel" or "disk." Each of the seven major chakras has its own distinct character and relates to a unique aspect of our being.
*Students will get a great workout for the mind, body, and soul.
Class introduction by Carolyn
Class 1
We will start class with a group yoga session, strengthening our bodies and relaxing the mind. We will also take a close look at the first chakra, Muladhara.
Class 2
We will start class with another yoga session, incorporating different sequences and poses, focusing on pairing our breath with our movement. Then we will take a closer look and explore our second chakra, Svadhishthana.
Class 3
We will start the class with another yoga practice together sharing our energy with one another. We will wrap up this series by digging into the third chakra, Manipura.

服裝
請大家穿輕便的運動服裝，並準備瑜珈墊，任何一種瑜珈墊都可以。
語言
我們的課程將以英文進行，但Carolyn的中文也相當流利，有比較困難的問題也可以以中文詢問老師。
