有別於上次吃的較正式的中法分子料理晚餐，這次法斯樂團隊與Food2gather再度推出《魔幻午茶時光》下午茶，希望能帶給大家對甜點不同的想像與驚喜。週六的午後，來嘗嘗蓬鬆如舒芙蕾般柔軟輕盈的像雲朵一樣，彷彿在舌尖跳舞的歐姆烘蛋，加上桌邊互動式結合聲光與分子料理的魔幻甜點秀，請千萬不要錯過囉！一起來輕鬆體驗分子料理的驚奇魅力吧 :)

With whimsical fluffy omelettes, wild and imaginative dessert magic show, not only is this entertaining to your eyes, it is also gratifying to your mouth. 這次為喜愛Food2gather朋友們呈現《魔幻午茶時光》的夢幻法斯樂團隊是由Vincent與James領軍，與Eric、Jane和Nana一起與大家創作這一場分子料理饗宴。法斯樂是一個擁有豐富烹飪經驗，曾在世界各地參加國際廚藝競賽獲得許多獎項，及堅強行銷實力的團隊。該團隊精心集思廣益，不斷創新打造每一道菜，希望不只是帶給大家美味的料理，更希望是一個美好生活體驗。
很高興Food2gather能遇上法斯樂，帶給大家分子料理的體驗，讓大家在視覺味覺舌蕾感官上都是驚喜的享受。
《Tea Time Wonderland》 is brought to you by 5 young ambitious team members, James, Eric, Jane, Vincent, and Nana. James, the founder and visionary of Facile (a new and upcoming molecular gastronomy restaurant), leads his team to incorporate eastern and western molecular gastronomy cuisine. The team has solid culinary and marketing background and experiences, in addition to many international cooking competition awards. The team meticulously brainstorm and innovate various food chemistry to create each dish and brings leading dining experiences for his guests.
