探尋哥倫比亞美食 Colombia Undiscovered
Food2gather對這次活動的主廚人Yair的第一印象是在今年的墨西哥夾餅節，那時我們只看到某個攤位前客人們絡繹不絕，完全看不到排隊人潮的盡頭，才發現Yair的南美炸餃好吃到供不應求，我們那次要吃還買不到 :p 後來Food2gather秉持著尋找各地美食的堅持，很幸運的得到Yair的聯絡方式，立刻安排會面、試吃他聚集人潮的南美炸餃 (真的很好吃 ^^)，討論菜單、看場地... 等等，一連串的討論就為了呈現這一場《探尋哥倫比亞美食》給喜愛Food2gather的朋友們。希望大家會喜歡 :)
Our first encounter with this event’s Colombian cook, Yair, was at Taco Festival, where his booth had a line so long, we could not see the end of it. This piqued our interest immediately, and very fortunately, we found his contact information. After sampling his signature empanadas, we loved them, they tasted amazing!! Now, we can’t wait to share his food with all our F2G foodies, please join us at《Colombia Undiscovered》!

- 雞肉牛肉餡、水煮蛋、莫札瑞拉起司 Chicken and Beef Fillings with Mozzarella Cheese and Boiled Egg on Top

ABOUT OUR CHEF
Yair是個靦腆又認真的哥倫比亞小夥子，一年前從澳洲來到台灣，在外居住久了，就像許多思鄉的海外遊子一般，Yair離開家鄉才開始時常烹飪，常常透過電話詢問媽媽他想念的哥倫比亞家鄉味該如何烹煮，進而開始擺攤、出現在不同的美食節，呈現道地的哥倫比亞街頭料理給台灣的親朋好友們 :) 他說，哥倫比亞料理很少見，又因為哥倫比亞很遠，台灣的大家也不了解哥倫比亞，所以希望藉由他的料理，能讓更多人知道哥倫比亞的美味…
