探索西班牙 ¡Tapas y Paella!
豐富多彩的西班牙美食是Food2gather 一直想帶給大家的美食饗宴，因而這次邀請主廚Jorge 辦一場《探索西班牙》，從開胃小菜(Tapas)、西班牙東邊瓦倫西亞著名的海鮮燉飯，到西班牙復活節時的傳統甜點，一次讓你將西班牙的好味道一網打盡 :) 用餐過程中Jorge也會與大家互動，請大家放鬆的享受一場美食與視覺的饗宴吧！
What comes to mind when you think of Spanish food? Naturally for us, Tapas and Paella!
For this event, our Spanish chef, Jorge, will showcase a few classical tapas, Valencia paella, and dessert of Lent and Holy Week in Spain. You can interactively see how these iconic dishes are made, and experience the Spanish way of life! Join us for an exclusive Spanish feast at 《¡Tapas y Paella! 》

- 西班牙烘蛋 Tortilla Española (Spanish Omelette)
- 香蒜鮮蝦 Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimps)
- 甜瓜佐伊比利火腿冷湯 Sopa de Melón con Jamón Ibérico (Melon soup with Iberico Ham)
- 主菜 Main Course：海鮮燉飯 Paella de Marisco (Seafood Paella)
- 甜點 Dessert：朵麗哈思牛奶炸麵包 Torrija (Spanish Toast)
- 紅酒 Red Wine：The Dream Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 (+NT$200/杯)

ABOUT OUR CHEF
Jorge 曾在 DN Inovación 擔任主廚，現在也在Skills 擔任烹飪講師，他散發出的西班牙慢條斯理氣質是我對他的第一印象。當問到他為何開始烹飪時，他說著因為長大離家，需要學習獨立，因而開始認真地學習料理，所以他的料理是母親的味道，但我浮現的念頭卻是他的是思鄉的味道。他通常喜歡開一些有別於大家熟悉的西班牙菜色，但由於這次是第一次為Food2gather 呈現西班牙料理，因而想讓喜愛Food2gather的朋友能一次吃到西班牙的經典，希望吃過他的料理的人都會愛上西班牙 :)
With Jorge’s impressive professional background at DN Inovación and Skills Cooking School, we can’t help but wonder why and how he started cooking. Growing up, he rarely has to cook at home, but after leaving home, he understands how much he has taken home cook meals for granted. There on, he started to take an interest in cooking and thus began his culinary career.
For F2G’s first collaboration, Jorge wants to share a few classical Spanish dishes, and hopes F2G foodies will fall in love with Spanish food. We are pretty sure you will!
