ABOUT OUR CHEF
《品味哥斯大黎加風情》的主廚Sophie，有著多年的外燴經驗，擅長提供美味的家常餐點。她在台灣出生，在哥斯大黎加長大，也曾在歐美亞各國工作，遊歷各國賦予她許多美好的飲食經驗。但當我們問她在那麼豐富的飲食體驗中，她想介紹哪一國的料理給喜愛Food2gather的朋友們，她不假思索的回答她想讓大家嚐嚐哥斯大黎加料理，因為是她最愛的家鄉料理，也是使她對烹飪產生興趣的觸發點。她希望透過這場《品味哥斯大黎加風情》能讓大家了解這個位於中美洲的國家 :)
Native of Taiwan, Sophie grew up in Costa Rica, and has lived in many different countries around the world. But when asked what cuisine she’d like to cook, she answered Costa Rican cuisine with no hesitation. When little, Sophie spent most of her time in her Costa Rican kitchen, so it is no wonder she wants to share something so close to home with us. She hopes that through her dishes, we would all learn a bit more about Costa Rica!
