◆     講者簡介 / Speaker Biography

追夢者基金暨創新谷創始人朱波先生，連續多年榮獲中國天使投資人十強和中國最活躍天使投資人等稱號，其擔任華為互聯網業務總裁期間投資的暴風科技和崑崙萬維已成功上市，2012年6月離開華為後主導投資的超級課程表、禮物說、廣升FOTA、兼職貓、奇藝果、神奇百貨等近百家初創企業正在飛速成長。

朱波先生早年留學美國，1992年畢業後就職於美國運通公司、高通公司等多家知名通信、IT和衛星企業，已有二十多年的互聯網、IT和通訊從業經歷，對這些領域有著極其獨特和敏銳的見解。朱波先生在美國投資的CoverMe、DownTown、xTV、Weendy、BoostInsider等二十餘家startup對創新前沿進行了全面覆蓋。

朱波先生是連續創業者，1996年在美國創立了NeTrue通信公司，該公司1999年在加拿大成功上市，被美國商業周刊評為全球通信行業500強和全球十佳IP電話設備和解決方案提供商。 2004年在北京創立Cgogo，得到李嘉誠基金的投資。

朱波先生擁有浙江大學工程學學士學位、美國亞利桑那州立大學計算機碩士學位，目前正在職攻讀法國雷恩商學院工商管理博士學位。

Mr. Zhu Bo, founder of the Dream Chaser Fund & InnoValley, has won ‘Top 10 China Angel Investors’ and China's most active angel investor in consecutive years. Mr. Zhu invested in Storm Player and Kunlun Technology during his tenure as Head of Internet Business at Huawei, and they have since gone public. In June 2012, he left Huawai and successively invested in nearly one hundred startup firms like Friday, GiftTalk, FOTA, Jianzhimao, Artqiyi and Shenqibuy, which are now rapidly growing. 
  
Mr. Zhu Bo studied in the United States in his early years. After graduation in 1992, he worked for several well-known communications, IT and satellite companies like American Express and Qualcomm. With 20 years' experience in the Internet, IT and telecommunications industries; he has extremely unique and keen insights in these sectors. His investments expand to more than twenty startup firms such as CoverMe, DownTown, xTV, Weendy in the United States, a comprehensive coverage of the forefront of innovation.   
  
As a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Zhu Bo established NeTrue Communications Company in the US in 1996, which was successfully listed in Canada in 1999 and was included in the lists of Global Top 500 communications companies and Global Top Ten IP telephone equipment and solutions providers by Bloomberg Businessweek. In 2004, he founded Cgogo in Beijing with the investment from Li Ka Shing Fund. 
  
Mr. Zhu Bo, an owner of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Zhejiang University,   master's degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University,   is currently pursuing a doctor's degree in business administration in ESC Rennes School of Business, France.

Kunlun Technology

Kunlun Tech is one of China’s biggest web game developers and operators. In January of 2016, NY Times reported that the company paid $93 million for a 60% stake of Grindr, the largest social networking app for gay men in the world. With over 2 million daily users in 196 countries, the app has proven to be a good investment.

Baofeng Technology

Beijing Baofeng Technology Co Ltd is an Internet video company. The company develops and operates a series of software which includes the ‘storm’ PC, ‘storm wireless’ application (APP) and ‘BFVCenter’ video browser. The company, through these softwares, provides multi-terminal comprehensive video services and Internet advertising information services for users.

CoverMe

CoverMe is dedicated to offering mobile security for all smartphone users. CoverMe develops mobile apps and cloud services to enhance security to phone calls and messaging placed by the smartphone user, and to protect private information stored on smartphones.
