We are so lucky to have found, Joseph, a professional chef at a renowned local Steakhouse to create this menu. Using natural but essential ingredients to bring out the delectable flavors of olive oil, penne pasta, and meatballs. It is an event you don’t want to miss, only at《Italia Originale》

Hi,我是Joe,是這次《義大利原味覺醒》的主廚。當我走進即將舉辦《義大利原味覺醒》的場地 – 人良油坊 Oilicious時,聞到了橄欖的味道,讓我回想起我的童年時光,在我年幼時家中多半是父親掌廚,由於他曾在義大利撒丁島生活了七年,義大利時光深深地影響他烹飪的方式,總是喜愛使用橄欖油入菜!
所以我決定讓橄欖油成為這次活動菜單的主角。這個菜單代表了我的成長,我的食物,也讓我開始了我的主廚生涯。義大利美食的秘密就是使用美味的橄欖油與簡單調味引出食物的原味,而這是我希望大家能品嘗到的,希望大家會喜歡 :)
Hi, I am Joe, the chef of《Italia Originale》When I walked into the place and smelled the olives, it brought me back to my childhood. My father, who spent about 7 years in Sardinia, Italy, cooks all the time. Influenced by his time in Italy, he cooks using olive oil any chance he can get. The decor at Oilicious also gives me a homey feeling, and thus, I decided to use that to create this menu.
This menu represents what I grew up eating, and, in a lot of ways, the food that introduced me and got me started on my culinary path. I want to preserve the taste of olive oil and keep things simple but delicious, which is what I've learned is the secret to Italian cooking. Hope everyone enjoys! Mangia Italiano :)
