客家人將家中最好的食材融入「擂茶」招待客人,以綠茶、黑白芝麻、花生等原料為主,將擂棒以逆時針細細研磨,再加入擂茶粉,於擂缽中沖入適切的熱水,攪拌均勻倒入陶杯飲用,擂茶高纖低熱量,口感滑綿馥香,能享受最純粹的大地自然樸質滋味。
The Hakka people blend the best ingredients at home to the “Lei Cha” to entertain the guests. The ingredients include green tea, black and white sesame, and peanuts that are grinded using Lei stick in counterclockwise direction and is added with Lei Cha powder. Pour in boiled water into the bowl, mix well and pour into the ceramic cup to serve. Lei Cha is a drink high in fiber and low in calorie with smooth texture and rich flavor.
