You’ll be learning the basics of Mexican food: Taco and Salsa. Two very important thing to learn when dealing with Mexican food. There’s a lot of different so called “Mexican” places here in Taipei that people are very confused when they see a real Mexican food. Basically, NOT ALL SALSA is scorching hot and NOT ALL tacos are burritos. In two hours, I’ll do my best to show you difference, I hope you’ll enjoy them as much as I do. 關於老師Julian
Julian是來自墨西哥的廚師，他熱愛做菜，尤其喜歡法國料理與墨西哥菜，另外Julian曾在中國學廚，所以他的料理中也帶有一些亞洲料理的色彩。Julian說他想透過這堂料理課，讓台灣人能夠對墨西哥有更深刻的認識（至少要知道東西很好吃嘛!）
適合的參加者
只要是對料理有興趣的朋友都很歡迎參加。這堂課Julian會以50%英文、50%西文上課（其實就是自由發揮地亂講），如果大家聽得懂就多講些西文，大家聽不懂就多講些英文，所以只要是略懂略懂西班牙文的朋友都歡迎來參加! 尤其推薦給Alaska的學生吶!
