ABOUT OUR CHEF
Jocelyn畢業於法國巴黎斐杭蒂高等學校的甜點課程，並於北美、歐洲及台灣有多年的工作經驗。現任三月葉的甜點主廚。她喜歡嘗試使用不同食材組合出獨特但經典口味的甜點，與他人分享甜點獨有的創造力與創意性，從中帶出甜點撫慰人心的神奇力量。
Jocelyn graduated from Patisserie Program at Ecole Ferrandi in Paris, France. She has worked in various hotels and pastry shops in North America, Europe, and Taiwan. She enjoys the creativity and the possibility of using different ingredients to create unique but classic pastries.
