印度主辦單位今年特別授權與台灣CSJ YOGA合作宣傳印度國際瑜伽節
歡迎所有台灣的瑜伽行者,一起來到印度瑞詩凱詩Rish
7天的瑜伽節活動可參加無數的課程，從早上4點半到下午
接著是恆河Ganga arthi及文化藝術
瑜伽節時會是包膳、包宿的方式，中間會拜訪 哈里瓦Haridwar
體驗拜訪石窟寺cave temple及洞穴內靜坐及 加拉Jala 靜坐。
(PS:沒有瑜伽經驗者亦可參加)
