《鳳凰模擬聯合國2016》將「多元」視為主題核心，團隊將延續初代的源源不絕的熱情與開闊台灣青年視野的使命，融合多元化的議題與多角度的探討去激盪年輕人的創意且獨到的看法。第二屆鳳凰模擬聯合國將帶著大家回顧過去，經營現在，放眼未來，讓代表能從多層面的去關心自身周遭、台灣、以及自己所身處的世界。團隊由衷的希望第二屆鳳凰模擬聯合國不僅僅能提供好的國際議題分享平台，更希望與會的代表能夠透過豐富的四天會期擁有深刻且特別的啟發。

This year, PMUN2016 Preparation
Team regards " diversity" as the core of spirit. They will maintain
the founder's unlimited enthusiasm and the aim to broaden Taiwanese youth's
horizons, combining with various issues and multi-angle discussion to inspire
youngsters' creative and unique perspectives. PMUN 2016 will bring participants
to reminisce the history, manage at present and take a broad view of the
future. They wish delegates will be able to get more concern on their
surroundings, Taiwan and the world we live in. PMUN2016 Preparation Team
sincerely hope that PMUN 2016 will not only offer a gratifying platform of
sharing international issues, but give delegates an impressing and special
inspiration after the fabulous four-day session.
