Day1, Across the sea and mountain – A Long Trail, Taiwan’s last coast line
I AH! A Long Trail! One of the most important trail in eastern Taiwan stand here for over hundreds of year. A totally unique trail between eastern coast line and mountain range. Walking it through is the only way to experience its story.

Day2 Send a regard to the god of mountain – Walk in Lide
Lide, a village consist of plain aboriginal and Haka people. Because of its location, it’s almost a forgotten place. Luckily, that also makes this village’s highly diverse ecosystem preserved. Let’s end this summer (YEP, it’s still summer here) by a jump into the waterfall in Lide forest.

第一天 穿越時空，山海交會阿塱壹─台灣最後一段天然海岸線
I Ah！阿塱壹！這條祖先走過千百年的道路，迄今仍靜靜地依偎在太平洋與恆春半島東側的海岸；這條滿佈先人足跡及後人汗水的山海之路，只有親身踏上，才能領略他的神秘故事。

第二天 走入森林，體驗生態美好─感受自然原味，向 山神致敬
里德，一個平埔族與客家族群混居的淺山聚落，因為地處偏遠，加上青壯人口外流嚴重，彷彿成了一處被塵封20年的村莊；幸運地是，也因此保留了自然無過度開發的清淨山水與生態環境，跳進山中純淨的瀑布來為這個夏天做個最好的結尾吧。

位處屏東大武山下，耕耘自然生態農法超過12年，不用農藥、不施肥料，只為營造均衡的生態系，為動物們蓋個家；追求石材自然風味的極致，一起用主人家以三年時間自力造的窯，和極致的自然食材，一起來場料理饗宴吧!

第三天 造訪部落，原住民族的智慧─接受部落族人的祝福與喜樂
Sabaw! 禮那里是由三個部落組成的社區，分別是：排灣族的瑪家村、大社村和 魯凱族的好茶村。本來距離遙遠的三個部落原鄉，因為2009年八八風災嚴重受創，政府判定不適合繼續居住，被安排移居到這裡。
而這次，我們就將跟著魯凱族人的好茶部落追尋他們對於季節食材的敏銳、數千年來的傳統，一起享受魯凱皇族的招待，與族人的季節秘密菜單。
