Ultimate Frisbee是很好玩的social sports，不論男女老少、體能好壞，只要是喜歡學習新鮮事物的朋友都歡迎你來玩。

Ultimate Frisbee的規則與橄欖球差不多，兩隊人馬面對面一字排開，要想辦法透過飛盤、跑位等方法往前推進，這也是闔家歡樂的運動，James非常愛玩，他希望能透過MyDearTeacher推廣給大家。請點連結看上次的活動照片。

Come and enjoy an active afternoon playing Ultimate Frisbee - an exciting, fast paced team sport that requires little training but is lots of fun. The session will start with an explanation of the rules, as well as some throwing techniques, which will then be followed by a game. After the game, we will relax with some snacks and drinks in the park. Hope to see you all there
